「lots of facilities were not work after check in. I was told the massage bathtub was not in serve, what a pity! My wife was attracted at first view by the photo of bathtub they showed online, that’s the reason why we booked this suite. It’s not the worst case, later I found the electrical heater was broken and also the door could not be locked. We were waked up by the sudden loud noise from air-condition in midnight.
It’s a terrible experience in the first night; I got up and complained to...

「Close to beach, the hotel is artistically tasteful. But the WiFi reception is really bad. You need a voucher to access the wifi and the voucher code gets invalid easily. I asked at least 4 vouchers. Also for the superior room, you are sharing your balcony with your neighbors. They only use a small bamboo partition to divide. This poses potential security risk. We never used our balcony for the entire time because our neighbors are always there. 」

「The room was boiling hot and wouldn’t let us keep the AC on. Bed was terribly firm, felt like sleeping on a wood board. Ants got into all of our food and medicine. Neighbors were loud and you could hear them walking above and next door. WiFi/tv was not working. 」

「Stayed here for 2 nights. We were met by the host Stephanie who was very friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the complimentary Prosecco for our anniversary- was a very nice touch. Ample parking outside the property. The property it self and surrounding areas are very clean and neat. Modern furnishings inside including ample kitchen utensils. Bathroom was nice with good water pressure in the shower and even had a washing machine if needed. The property is close to Anse Kerlan beach which has...

Our first visit at Seychelles. This is an amazing hotel with lovely staff around. They are extremely helpful and we are amused by their hospitality. Rooms are spacious. One down side is that there are a lot of bugs around, which is unavoidable because it's probably part of the nature.
