"Hi. This was a fabulous set-up and a great host. We went into it knowing they would be staying in the house boat next door, which is a bit quirky, but, in the end, turned out to be incredibly helpful. Richard was incredibly responsive (including saving the day on Christmas with a wine delivery!) and communicative. The skiff boat and car are icing on the cake. We also rented the larger boat for the day, which was epic. Well appointed place and really appreciated the hosts. "

"We were looking for a quiet place to spend a week. We wanted a great beach with few people, and a lot of room to walk. Our stay here was all of those things and more. The house was fantastic, the location was perfect, and communication and support throughout the trip was great. Highly recommend. "
