“We loved this house! Everything was clean and the floor plan catered to our large group of 4 families with 2 kids each. Each bedroom was spacious and the open floor plan was perfect for cooking and entertaining. The kids loved the bunk room and having their own area. The beach access was quiet, close and met our beach needs. Only recommendation, of course the summers are hot and humid. We would spent more time on the back deck if there were ceiling fans. Will be back again!”

“Perfect home for family and friends ! It is on the bay side - which was perfect location for smaller grandkids. The gulf side was very rough and would have been unsafe w smaller kids ! The bay side was perfect ! Also ordered pizza from pirates pizza and had delivered ! Perfect for after long day at the beach ! ”

“New property in convenient location, close to Gulf and Bay with 4 adult bedrooms plus bunk room for the children. Beautiful view of the sunset. There were a few issues which were quickly solved by the maintenance staff: ( WIFI, plumbing leak in 1 of the bathrooms)”

“Very nice place to stay. Location and views were excellent. Very short path to the beach. House was clean and spacious, well maintained and stocked. Beds were comfy. Lots of beach toys/equipment, too. We enjoyed the kayak and boogie boards. Screened porch a great place to hang out. Cargo lift is such a plus when hauling supplies in and out. (We ordered groceries to be delivered from Greer’s Fowl River.) Host very responsive.There were 18 of us, 8 adults, 10 children ages 2-8 and this place was……

“This property was the perfect size and location for our getaway. It is centrally located on the island and offers nearby beach parking passes that were a great asset. The yard was perfect for our daughter to set up her volleyball net. We loved that it was pet friendly and the balconies were a great place to relax in the mornings and evenings. ”

“Our family of four and our dogs had a great vacation here! This house was perfect for meeting all of our basic needs. The two bedrooms and king size bed and twin beds were perfect. Kitchen was clean, had everything we needed to cook all meals. There is one regular size sofa and one loveseat in the living room. I think it’s important to note that there is a back house/ cottage that is also rented out. We weren’t able to use the backyard while we were there because the other guests had 2 large……
