The property was old and not maintained! They advertised a play yard, but there was no play yard for children! The room had one old torn up chair and an old table and dresser! The beds had no headboards! I would not recommend staying there!

Good no frills motel a little bit on the outside area of Williams. It has old school motel charm and the parking is great. The basic motel rooms are more like triplex setups so you get fairly good privacy different from a big motel complex.

Stayed 2 nights, did Grand Canyon, (1 hr drive), and visited the town of Williams. Room was clean, walls can be a little thin if you have noisy neighbors. But very nice stay.

This was one of the worst and dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed at. The bathroom curtain had what appeared to be human mucus on it, and it looked so old and dried that I honestly couldn’t believe it had been left there. The towels were dirty and had hair on them. The furniture, room, and basically everything felt extremely dirty, poorly maintained, and unhygienic. The level of cleanliness was not just unpleasant, it was genuinely concerning from a health and hygiene perspective. When I woke up in the morning, my body was itching, and I just wanted to leave as soon as possible. The only positive thing about this place was the view. But please don’t be fooled by the beautiful scenery. I would absolutely not recommend staying here. My experience was terrible.

Don't stay here. Staff are the worst, their pictures online is not what they actually have. The room is nothing like the pictures, hair in the blankets and pillows, dirty bathtub. There was no WiFi and the lady didn't say anything when checking in, when I told her she said just use your hotspot. When we ask for a refund she said she couldn't. After my husband talk to her she move us to a cabin and told him she will return the difference because we had reserved for 2 nights. She only gave us 1 night. Now she doesn't want to answer the phone to return the money difference.
