What truly made the experience exceptional was the host - Christian, and the property manager - Bryan. When our flight was unexpectedly canceled, they graciously allowed us to stay longer, which completely took the stress out of the situation. That level of kindness and flexibility meant so much to us and turned what could have been a headache into just a little extra vacation time. You can tell that they genuinely care about guests and go above and beyond to make sure everything is seamless. We’re so grateful for the experience and would absolutely stay here again. "This hotel was very close to so many good things the staff and the accommodations and the grounds were great. The beach was great! However, if you’re traveling to the Cayman Islands from the United States after fees and tips our dollar approx. 50 on everything not the Hotel fault but it’s something to think about. Also in the last 15 years a lot hotels got together annd said. “Resort fee” and there was a $41 resort fee every day. It was probably in the fine print somewhere. And the 15% service fee on all dining and drinks go back to Corporate and the servers get none of that so you need to give them nice tips so basically you’re gonna be paying a 30% tip on everything that is a beautiful island"
