“The location of this condo is great for ski trip as it is right between Winter Park Resort and the town of Winter Park, with a bus stop right out front of the condo complex. The wooded views are beautiful out the side and back windows. Although it is a bit dated, it was clean comfortable and for the price paid, I considered it to be a tremendous value. “We came in town for our annual ice fishing tournament and are so pleased that we found this little place. It was in perfect proximity to dining and ice fishing. The bed was extremely comfortable, and that was my favorite part about the condo! ”

“Wonderful property! Quiet area but close to the main drag. The interior was well-appointed, roomy and spotless. Very responsive host. It is on the third floor so hauling luggage up two flights was no fun. There’s an elevator but it appeared to be out of service. ”

“My host was great- responded quickly to a few questions and was just nice. The place was clean and cozy and well stocked. Nice view and comfy couch and beds. It is truly a ski in/ski out location, I have been tricked on this before. My only suggestion for improvement would be somehow adjusting temperature control. We were unable to lower the temp below 67 degrees- which was too warm for us for sleeping. Otherwise it was great, thank you! ”
