「Big living area and nice kitchen. Very clean with comfortable beds. 」

「We were in Grand Fork for a wedding. Had a lot of activities to attend so did not have an opportunity to use all of the amenities. Host were very accommodating with check in.」

「This house may look small from the outside but it is actually a lovely space and wonderfully appointed. When we entered we collectively said, Oh Yay!! This is great! The beds are comfy and we had all we needed. It's also an easy walk to town which is great!」

「We absolutely enjoyed everything about this condo. It was clean, comfortable, convenient and quiet. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Grand Forks near the University.My only complaint is being forced to buy the Property Damage Protection for 59.00, That was totally unnecessary and uncalled for. 」

「Very clean and was well supplied with all the items we needed.」

「The main floor and additional downstairs allowed us to spread out. The kitchen was basic, but allowed us to make a couple of simple meals. I appreciated that the two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths provided us the space and comfort for our family. The neighborhood is rather rough and the exterior of the building made me pause when we approached, but the inside showed care and was clean.」

「Met our very basic needs. With our group of 6, and a busy weekend of activities, this rental saved us from booking 3 hotel rooms. We were all able to stay together, the beds were soft, and the space was clean. Located on a busy street but you can't hear the street noise from most of the sleeping spaces. Conveniently located on Gateway Drive, close to campus. Host was very responsive to questions.」

「We were in town for a robotics tournament, and this home was a great place to stay. There were 6 of us, and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hang out. It was a 15 minute drive to the venue (Alerus Center) and restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house was spacious, clean, and has everything you need to make a meal if you’d like. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were stocked with really nice thick towels. No complaints whatsoever.
