「We stayed at this hotel during our ski trip and overall had a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, with direct access to the ski slopes which made getting out on the mountain very easy. Having the ski rental shop inside the hotel was also very convenient and saved us a lot of time each morning.
The spa area, however, felt a bit outdated and would definitely benefit from a refresh. While it is a nice facility, it doesn’t quite match the expectations you might get from the photos.

Every mug was chipped in multiple places, I didn't find one that was completely in tact.
We had 3 people in our room but only given 2 room keys. When I asked for an extra key, I was told that I had to pay €10 for it! My husband then went to ask for an extra key and the price was then €5! 「The room was comfortable and had all the amenities needed to relax after a day skiing. The sofa bed was comfortable and easy to get out and put away.
