"This property is a fantastic value. The breakfast is much better than any breakfast at a Marriott chain and the staff is more than accommodating, they are warm and welcoming. This is the best value hotel in western New York."

"The staff at this hotel are tremendously, friendly and helpful. We loved how they kept the granite façade of the old Genesee bank as part of their remodel. Some aspects of the hotel show their age, and signage could be more clear for things like the workout room, but overall lovely. The restaurant was great as well, and although my fingerling potatoes were a little bit too salty, otherwise the food was excellent. We will be back if we need to visit that part of Buffalo again."
