Relaxing getaway

We had a spectacular time at the Lighthouse! The home was clean, warm and inviting. And it was so nice waking up with a view of the water. Just what we needed for a quick trip to Grand Marais. The hosts were very responsive and provided us with a lot of recommendations. We will be staying again!

Beautiful and relaxing

We absolutely loved our cozy space as well as the overall multi-property layout. Had friends staying at Skyhouse and that was lovely too. Our bed was very comfortable, the shower was great, everything was clean, and we can't wait to visit again so we can enough the view of the stars in warmer weather.

Cozy and convenient

We stayed here while doing some hiking and climbing in the area. The Lighthouse was fun to stay in and a cozy place to relax at the end of the day. Also enjoyed that it was really easy to walk to nearby restaurants.

Had a great stay at the “Lighthouse” in Grand Marais.

We love that space, the view, it’s just perfect for two. we got wonderful support from the owners and had many great hikes and loved just being by Lake Superior.!

Grand Marais lighthouse

We were able to put our name on the waitlist and walk to Angry Trout as soon as our table was ready. It was nice to be so close to everything and we did a lot of walking. The sauna was a highlight! Best views in Grsnd Marais

The Lighthouse

Our stay at the Lighthouse was a wonderful unique experience. It had everything we needed including a full sized coffee pot! It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Located close enough to walk to most places, but still peaceful. The hosts were also great. Hope to return soon!

Weekend Getaway

Perfect location. There is a nice carport that we didn't see at night/were not sure we could use it. But no worries, a lot of street parking too. Walking distance to all the town activities and restaurants. We did book the sauna separately. Such a relaxing weekend. Highly recommend adding on the sauna. Thank you

The Lighthouse exceeded our expectations. The view of the lake and location were phenomenal. The layout was cozy and had everything we needed. My husband arrived after 5 days in the boundary waters and really appreciated the sauna. We’ll definitely be back.

Wonderful place to stay!

Just big enough for two people!! It was a cool little place, and we had just enough space for when we were there. It had everything that we needed, and we would definitely stay again. Can’t beat the location if you are looking for walking distance to all of the places to visit in Grand Marais. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful getaway

The property was just as described. It was well stocked with everything we needed. We walked everywhere; the location was perfect. We did not need to contact the host for anything, check in and out was very easy. We loved the videos with the hiking suggestions too!

Charming cozy getaway

Loved our stay at the lighthouse. Nice views of the sunrise and lots of sunny natural light. This was so much better than staying in a hotel. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
