Four Bedroom Yacht Condo

  • This beautifully constructed condo offers four spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, complete with a cozy fireplace and a large screened porch perfect for family gatherings. Both downstairs bedrooms feature walk-in showers and king beds, while the professionally decorated interiors showcase plush, comfortable furnishings. Upstairs you’ll find one king bedroom and one queen bedroom, providing plenty of space for everyone.

    The home includes five flat-screen televisions—one thoughtfully placed in the screened porch for outdoor viewing. The modern kitchen is designed for convenience with an island and coffee bar. Step outside to enjoy the wraparound porch with outdoor dining and grilling areas, ideal for relaxing or entertaining. Absolutely no pets or smoking allowed.

Kitchen was well stocked. The porch was the best. When it rained we had a great place to gather and spent alot of time out there!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice, fairly new 4 bedroom condo, great kitchen and was stocked with everything you need. Very nice furniture throughout. Fabulous screened in porch with plenty of seating. My only issue was a very small washer and dryer for 8 people, considering towel service is not included, so besides boat towels and personal clothes, we were washing bath towels. The other issue is its location, which is in one of the bedrooms. OK if it's one giant family, but otherwise, not so much. We used the great kitchen a lot, and a few extra kitchen towels and dish cloths would have been greatly appreciated as would a few hangers in our closet.

The house if beautiful and spacious and we can rent a boat, use the pools and enjoy restaurants and shopping. It is such a beautiful relaxing place to spend time.
