  • This newly built 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom condo combines comfort and style, featuring a cozy fireplace and a spacious screened porch ideal for family gatherings. Both downstairs bedrooms include walk-in showers and king beds, while the upstairs bedrooms are furnished with one king and one queen. Professionally decorated with plush, high-end furnishings, the home offers five flat-screen TVs—including one on the screened porch. The modern kitchen is equipped with a center island and a convenient coffee bar. A wrap-around porch provides outdoor dining and grilling space for memorable evenings. Absolutely no pets or smoking permitted.
