  • Enjoy comfort and style in this beautifully updated two-story condo featuring two private decks overlooking the bay. Recently furnished with all-new décor, it offers a warm and inviting retreat complete with an electric fireplace and an upgraded kitchen.

    The downstairs bedroom boasts a king-size Tempur-Pedic adjustable bed, while the upstairs includes a queen bed and a full/twin bunk bed—perfect for families or groups. For added convenience, there are three flat-screen TVs and a DVD player throughout the condo. The spacious living room provides plenty of seating with two recliners and a sofa with recliners making it an ideal spot to relax after a day on the water.

    This condo is a non-smoking, no-pets unit, ensuring a clean and comfortable stay for every guest.

It was perfectly located to the outdoor pool and the rental marina. The entire staff we encountered were very friendly and professional. The customer service was above and beyond expectations.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is the perfect spot for my family. The crew on the entire campus is so nice! Our unit went out at 10pm one night... and while it did take some time to get someone there(they had a lot going on) they kept me informed and got it fixed as soon as they could. Atmosphere is great and we will be coming back yearly! Maybe one more time this year!

Condo was great, I received a text for a code. Thinking this was the door code. No it wasn’t, so I contacted the agent crickets! I finally found some people and they were able to direct me to the check in office! Communication was not good!
