「There were addicts in the stairwell, there were addicts fighting in the hallways in the middle of the night. Yelling at one another.
The elevators were not working there was no signs for how to get to the stairs. You had to go through the staff kitchen. Front end were not helpful and kept saying the elevators were working. After waiting several minutes, realizing that they were in fact, not working. Mice traps all over the property. no lighting in the rooms.」
