Well equipped. Woodland hotel for food and drinks on the doorstep. Shared garden - yes but shared between all the properties- about 25. And behind all the properties, not that easy to access. And one old garden picnic table. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Peaceful retreat

The property was more spacious than we expected, and well equipped. It is in a quiet setting, away from busy roads, though not too far from amenities in Grange-over-Sands. The cottage is in old sanatorium buildings which have been very well adapted, but there is no private garden - OK at a cooler time of year but we'd have missed one in the summer. Plenty to do in the area, being on the southern edge of the Lake District, but very accessible - only about 15 minutes from the M6. We were very tired and needed to 'crash'; it was a good place to do it!

All lovely except the upstairs shower never got up to temperature so was basically unuseable.
