There needs to be a deep clean on the property in common areas, stair exits need trash emptied. Elevator was filthy. This is not HK problem this is management not prioritizing common areas as needed. Skimping on hrs ect….

Overall ok. I really didn’t like being put in handicap room when we don’t have any disabilities. There were several weird spots in the room such as the sink faucet was installed too close to the mirror so it would not turn all the way on. The barn door wouldn’t stay closed or locked. We stayed during the Masters golf tournament and used the house primarily to sleep. We left early in the morning and got home late-and ate all our meals away from the house. Everything was clean and we had no issues at all. Host communicated very well with us and getting in/out was seamless.

Great location, a lot of restaurants and coffee shops to chose from close by. Also, easy to get to the downtown area. Nice to have 2 full bathrooms for each bedroom, along with a 1/2 bath downstairs.
