The unit itself would be extremely charming if it was deep cleaned, repairs made (leak under the bathroom sink that ran out onto bathroom floor, non op oven, bizarre washing machine in bedroom closet open to the room) and adequate, non stained, linens provided. “Diana communicates usually within a few hours and the checkin process was easy. Place was nice. My only negative and it’s not the specific place but the whole complex. It’s a “Owner vs Renter” dynamic that does take away a little bit from the stay. The Owners want everything and lose their minds if you use something that they think is theirs. “The condo itself was clean and comfortable enough for our overnight stay and the owner was responsive to inquiries. However, the listing was misleading in a couple of key ways that impacted our experience.Most notably, the proximity to the Gorge Amphitheater was not as advertised. The title claims it’s a 20-minute drive but it actually took closer to 40 minutes each way. That’s a significant difference when you're planning around event timing and transportation. “The condo was not clean and had not been cleaned for awhile as there were cobwebs all over. The showers were dirty, floors and front shade was broken. The place overall was extremely dirty. I went to speak with the property manager who said "well sometimes owners clean the condos themselves to save money." If you're going to do that, then I suggest actually cleaning. The rental was also very expensive for what it was. ”
