“The hotel was immaculate, the breakfast was excellent and, when we checked in, (we did reserve a room, but it was late evening), we got to choose the floor we wanted to be on and the location of the room even though they had 10 rooms available. I liked having that choice😊 We will stay again.The cost was very good, too.”

“My stay was great. There were a couple of problems with my room which were quickly fixed. Steve who is one of the front desk clerks is wonderful. He went above and beyond. Breakfast was wonderful. Coffee just needs to be a little stronger...”

“First of all I want to start with the positives because there were some. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were well equipped, spacious and clean. Unfortunately that is all the positives. First issue was the staff there were very unhelpful and did not abide by their own rules. The first thing you see, and plastered all over the hotel, are signs stating this is a smoke free hotel. However on the first night there were people smoking in their rooms. You could smell it all from outside the……

“There are not enough words to explain how disgusting and dirty and repulsive everything and that hotel was, the sheets were not clean. The bedspread was stained with human fluids. The TV remote control was broken. There was bugs on the sink, cigarette stains all over the tub. The toilet was dirty, and that was the first room we went into and then the second room was exactly the same however, the tack strip that attaches the rug in the threshold of the bathroom was exposed, and I stepped on it……

“The only thing this place had was a comfortable bed. Customer service was non existent. Waited 5 minutes for someone to show up to the desk. No bell to ring. When asked where I could park he pointed to the front area. When I got to my room I found out the was parking in the back closer to my room and stairs. Get in the room and the fridge was filthy! Left over used butter stick. Splatter of who knows what inside. Tried to call the front desk. Guess what?? No one answered. Tried 3 different……

“One of the reasons that I stay at Hampton Inn is because the beds are so incredibly comfortable, and this visit didn't disappoint. But, what stood out about this Hampton Inn was the breakfast. It was amazing! It was seasoned, there was a variety of food, each day, and it was perfectly prepared and executed. The staff was helpful and even brought out almond milk for my daughter. Another big plus was that the staff were all very friendly and helpful.”

“The staff were super friendly. The breakfast was great! The bathroom in my room could have been cleaner but it was sufficient.”

“Our floors was super loud. I think because there was no carpeting every single sound echoed really loudly. We were in the middle queen single suite. Bed was ok.”
