“Thank you Amy for working with me to extend our time at Lake Cushman. I appreciate your willingness to exchange our reservation because of the fires. We had fun exploring the area. My boys enjoyed playing the ladder game & we sat outside around the fire. There were lots of videos to choose from, but would have been helpful to have WiFi in the house, for trip planning. “Stayed at this cabin with my wife and 5 year old daughter for our summer vacation. This was our second trip to Lake Nahwatzel and some how was even better than the first! The cabin is perfect! I said it perfect! From the moment I reached out to the property manager ( Kim) to the very last minute at the house as my daughter sat on the stairs crying " daddy I dont wanna leave!" Kim was great, very promt, informative and kind. I really appreciated that. So thank you Kim! the cabin is just that a……

"It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time."
