Wonderful stay!

We felt very comfortable in the cottage, took advantage of the opportunities on the property (playground, canoeing) and had a very good rest. We will be happy to come again.

Great for relaxing in quiet location

The property is down a short track with two other properties. These are well spaced out and grounds cleverly divided with trees and bushes to form private areas. The grounds slope down to the lake which is a couple of minutes walk and has a small boat dock. If you hire a boat you have a key for the boat padlock, battery and tiller. There are lots of trees and the road is not at all busy so it is very quiet and relaxing. Grasmark a couple of miles north has a small supermarket and single petrol pump, Sunne is about 20 mins SE with a big supermarket, shop to buy alcohol and a great fishing shop. Down by the lake is a seating area, trampoline (which our kids loved) and play park items. The house has bbq, games, frisbees, badminton net & rackets, two bikes and a couple of fishing rods (all of this in mixed condition). As the property is off a long road we found you were either in the grounds or driving elsewhere to do things (brilliant beach at top end of lake). The house is really well equipped and the instructions for the house are clear, do read them early on! It is clean and well maintained but like all VRBO properties cumulative annual wear means some limited mould around showers, marks on walls and little bits of damage here and there. One key point is you need to bring your own sheets and towels, or arrange in advance for this service which I think costs €20 pp. We missed this but were saved by Christiane, thank you.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, schön eingerichtet, bodentiefe Fenster, hell, viel Licht.Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Herd war für uns gewöhnungsbedürftig.Das Bad mit der Sauna ist etwas eng, besonders bei fülligen Personen ;)Es gibt Frisbee, Federballspiel, Fußbälle, Spiele, Bücher...klasse! Die Informationen im Haus sind sehr gut, es blieben keine Fragen offen - selbst wohin man mit Glas-Abfall muss wird erklärt.Wir hatten für beide Wochen das Motorboot gemietet, mein Mann fand das super, leider hat er keinen Fisch fangen können.Das Runter zum See und Hoch zum Haus kann schon recht anstrengend sein, aber das lag an der komplett fehlenden Kondition ;)Einziges Manko: Wir hatten nur sehr eingeschränkte Sicht zum See, das wirkte auf den Fotos einladener.Die Sitzecke wird wohl demnächst begradigt, das ist auch dringend nötig.Wir können das Haus empfehlen und würden es wieder buchen.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Es fehlte an nicht. Tolles Haus. Tolles Grundstück. Toller See. Wir waren schon sehr oft in Schweden. Das war mit Abstand das beste Haus was wir je hatten. Es wird hier alles bereit gestellt, was man sich nur wünschen kann.Hinweis für alle, die auch ein Problem mit dem Sonnenaufgang um 4:00 haben. Schlafmaske mitnehmen. ;)

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem toll gelegenen Haus am See!Haus ist super ausgestattet, See zum Baden genial, Lage auch für Kinder perfekt. In der Nähe konnte man auch Elche beobachten. Einzig die Wanderwegebeschreibung wurde nicht aktualisiert, einer davon war schon länger gesperrt. Und die Angelausrüstung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wurde aber umgehend ersetzt. Würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!!!

Gemütliches Haus und besonderes NaturgrundstückWir hatten eine sehr schöne und entspannte Woche in diesem gemütlichen Ferienhaus. Wir waren zu viert (2 Erwachsene und 2 größere Kinder) und für uns waren die drei Schlafzimmer ideal. Sollte man eine Reise mit 6 Personen planen ist zu berücksichtigen, dass die Schlafzimmer mit den Betten und Schränken ausgefüllt sind und keinen weiteren Raum zum ausbreiten bieten. Man sollte sich also wirklich mögen um sich gemeinsam im Wohnzimmer oder der Hochebene aufzuhalten.Das Haus war sauber, die Ausstattung sehr gut, es waren ausreichend Kochfelder vorhanden um auch mal richtig zu kochen.Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre die Vorhänge um verdunkelnde Vorhänge zu ergänzen. Wenn man Feuer machen möchte steht in einem Schuppen Holz kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Das Grundstück ist wirklich sehr besonders. Der Spielplatz bietet sowohl für kleine als auch große Kinder etwas, besonders das Trampolin war ein Magnet. Trotzdem war es nie ein Problem sich dieses mit den Mietern der anderen Häuser zu teilen.Der Blick auf den See vom Wohnzimmer und der Terrasse ist sehr schön. Mit mehreren kleinen Buchten am See, Wasserläufen, Steg, Kanus und kleinem Birkenwäldchen ist das Grundstück sehr beeindruckend und man kann problemlos dort einen Tag verbringen ohne wegfahren zu müssen.Für urbanes Sightseeing ist die Lage nicht optimal. Dafür muss man zwischen 1-3h Fahrtzeit einplanen. Wenn man Natur erkunden möchte ist die Lage super.

Paradies in Schweden

Wir waren nun zum 3.Mal in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Die Lage ist perfekt - eingebettet zwischen Bäumen, direkt am See. Es herrscht eine himmlische Ruhe, perfekt zum Entspannen. Im Haus und rundherum findet man alles was man braucht. Abends am Kamin, in der Sauna oder auf der Terrasse an der Feuerschale, wir lieben es einfach hier zu sein und waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal vor Ort. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Peters ist einfach und unkompliziert, sie geht auf Anfragen ein und man erhält immer eine schnelle Antwort. Wir können dieses Haus immer wieder empfehlen.

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Erholen, es hat alles gepasst, und es fehlte an nichts in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Es war alles perfekt ! Besonders schön und eindrucksvoll ist der Blick runter zum See und die Größe des Grundstückes.Ein Träumchen !

Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus war einfach perfekt! Das Haus war vollständig ausgestattet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war stets freundlich und unkompliziert. Goldener Herbst in Schweden

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, hell, sauber und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Die Kinder haben sich über die vielen Spiele sehr gefreut, ebenso über das Hochbett mit dem Geheimversteck. Der Außenbereich läd zum Verweilen ein und der Blick auf den See ist einfach traumhaft. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!

Wir sind seit 20 Jahren in Schweden verliebt und hatten in diesem Jahr das bisher schönste Ferienhaus. Mit einer spektakulären Aussicht auf dem Rottnan See. Das Haus lies keine Wünsche offen, es ist sehr geräumig und hell.

Das Haus ist in jeder Hinsicht wirklich großartig. Die Lage am Rottnen ist fantastisch. Im Haus selbst war alles in bester Ordnung und es fehlte uns an nichts. Für Familien zum relaxen sehr gut geeignet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich.

Schönes Haus mit Einschränkungen

Schönes Haus mit warmen Farben. Man müsste mehr Reparaturen/Erhaltungsarbeiten durchführen: Terrasse teilweise abgesackt, Terrassentischplatte durchgebogen, Kabel der Krobstühle gerissen, Licht über der arbeitsplatte defekt. Bessere Verdunklung in den Schlafräumen wäre zudem gut (wir waren im Juni/Juli da). Positiv: sehr freundliche und hiflsbereite Vermieterin! gigantischer Ausblick auf den See, Kajak vorhanden, Fahrräder. Wer lärmempfindlich ist, sollte aufpassen. Die Straße am gegenüberliegenden Seeufer ist nicht sehr laut, doch deutlich vernehmbar.

Perfekter Ort für Familienurlaub

Wir durften eine wunderschöne, erlebnisreiche und erholsame Woche in diesem tollen Haus verbringen und haben jeden einzelnen Tag genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und mit vielen Extras ausgestattet. Die Kinder haben den Spielplatz sehr genossen und das Motorboot, welches wir dazugemietet haben, hat allen riesig Freude gemacht. Sogar die Schlechtwettertage konnten wir dank Sauna und Schwedenofen geniessen. Die Vermieterin war mega nett und bemüht, unsere Anfrage hat sie umgehend beantwortet. Wir können das Haus wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub dort.

Ein Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen.

Wunderschönes großzügiges Ferienhaus in herrlicher Lage am See. Einrichtung modern. Großer naturbelassener Garten mit Spielplatz und Grillmöglichkeiten direkt am See. Ein eigener kleiner Strand und privater Zugang zum See vorhanden. Umfangreiche Informationen seitens der Vermieter.
