“Such a great condo! Lots of space and immaculate. Host thought of all the little things (clothing rack in laundry area for hanging damp clothes, even dryer balls! Coffee pods and creamer, cutting boards and sharp knives) Perfect location to south campus near athletic facilities and the Big House! I would definitely recommend paying to park in the garage, street parking is very limited. Also, LOTS of steps, so keep that in mind. Host was excellent with communication. We would definitely……

“Cute place in fabulous location and great price. But is loud though and can hear everything happening very clearly outside the windows. Would’ve been helpful to know cost of parking which was not shared. Thermostat was stuck on cold and we couldn’t get a place to heat up. Temperature is dropped at night due to Michigan winter weather so that was not ideal. Contacted host about about the situation and never heard back.”

“There are widespread mold in the bathroom and multiple stains on the towels. The boiler in the kitchen was not working until I figured out the outlet breaker was tripped. The kitchen trash can does not close well. One of the windows was open in this cold weather! Toilet seat is too small for a normal person. Most surfaces all over the unit have a fairly thick layer of dust. This cannot be missing a few spots by the cleaning person, this is pure ignorance of the owners. Communication was very……

“If we had two recommendations for the host, raise the showerhead to accommodate people taller than 5’7”. Also, there really is no comfortable seating, and would recommend they include a seat that allows you to rest your head and put your feet up.”

“The property was listed as two beds. There is one bed that is more like a full size cot; not really appropriate for two adults. The other bed that is listed is an air mattress that is offered by request. I don’t consider that a real bed when renting a rather expensive place to stay. Other things to note is you have to pick up the key to the place in a lock box that is nearly two miles away, which isn’t convenient - particularly on busy weekends. Also, there was quite a bit street noise……

“Great location, but this is NOT three bedrooms, as the listing says. Also, parking is a major issue. If there is more than one car, there is not adequate parking. The house was stuffy and uncomfortable/warm.”
