The apartment is composed of a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms with double bed and a bathroom. Reversible air conditioning and mosquito nets throughout the apartment. Access to the majestic shared swimming pool of the estate (18m x 8m). Presence of a small flock of 6 sheep for eco-grazing. Parking in the estate. Shops nearby. In the surrounding area, Fragonard, International Perfume Museum (MIP), and MIP gardens.
