This place is a piece of the garden Eden, a part of the paradise.Well supported and served by the gentle owners, who are always kind , open communication and devoted to give you the feeling of "Home". 5 stars are not enough.

Lovely cottage with cosy garden but what a great view

Super friendly welcome from our hosts. They are always there for you if you have any questions.Again, the view from the garden never bores and is amazing. In complete privacy you can enjoy cooling off in the pool. Ideal base for both trips to the coast or numerous picturesque villages to visit in the mountains. In short, here you can fully enjoy your holiday.

Beautiful studio and surroundings

Beautiful, quiet, tastefully designed studio and surroundings with panoramic views across Grasse to the sea. Absolute oasis of discreet tranquility - to relax by the pool or to linger on the idyllic private terrace. The hosts are very friendly, sympatic hosts - helpful among other things with detailed problems of our rental car. Absolutely recommendable accomodation! Thanks to Luc and Eric! Gabi and Hans

Small paradise

We stayed for about two weeks in this wonderful place of Luc and Eric. We were expected by very friendly hosts and a very nice holiday appartment with a lovely garden containing a very nice and refreshing pool. In this small paradise several seating places allowed us under olive trees to enjoy the panoramic view over the land until the mediterranian see side. We slept very well in the confortable bed.During the day we made several excursions in the busy surroundings, full of activity, culture and beautiful sightseeing places. After all it was so restful to come back into this oasis of peace and relaxing!Luc and Eric always helped us with sightseeing recomendations and assisting tips. Apart from this they kept themselves discretely in the background.Important to mention is, that the use of a car is nearly indispensable, not only for excursions, but as well for doing the shopping.Conclusion: A very recomendable place to stay.

Der Plus Punkt ist eindeutig der wunderschöne Garten mit dem Blick und der Nutzungsmöglichkeit von Pool und Whirlpool. Die Lage ist ruhig und weit ausserhalb, für auch kleine Besorgungen muss man an sich das Auto nehmen. Das war uns aber bewusst. Die Eigentümer sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als nicht gut möchten wir die Ausstattung und die Inneneinrichtung bewerten. Es ist doch in die Jahre gekommen und es sollten einige Dinge getauscht, bzw. erneuert werden. Das Bett (Matratze) sowie das Sofa sind an sich über ihre Lebensdauer hinaus. Das WC hatte einen Defekt, man musste jedes Mal den Absperrhahn auf und zu drehen, da sonst eine Überschwemmung drohte. Wir hatten daher einen gemischten Eindruck.

Ein Traum über den Dächern von Grasse

Das Ferienhaus von Luc und Eric ist ein Traum. Wunderschön in den Hügeln von Grasse gelegen bietet der ehemalige Wasserspeicher eine Oase der Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit. Es gibt alles, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Pool, Jacuzzi, einen zauberhaften Garten und Außenbereich mit Blick auf Cannes, Antibes und das Meer. Man kann mit Blick auf die Riviera frühstücken. Es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz. Im Haus ist es klein, aber fein. Alles sauber, gepflegt und ordentlich. Mir fallen nur Superlative ein. Ich würde auch 20 Sterne geben. Luc und Eric sind freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber sehr diskret. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! diretSuperlaive

Un séjour dans un petit paradis

Tout était parfait : l'accueil à notre arrivée, le gite au calme et bien équipé, la vue depuis la terrasse, la gentillesse et la discrétion des propriétaires, la piscine au top et la proximité de nombreuses possibilités de visites et découvertes. Bref, nous avons passé un séjour de rêve !

Auch wir können uns bei der Bewertung unseren Vorgängern nur anschließen. Luc und Eric sind sehr liebenswerte und jederzeit hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Das kleine Studio ist liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Kühlschrank schon mit gekühlten Getränken gefüllt und wir konnten sofort den spektakulären Blick bis aufs Meer bei einen Glas Wein genießen. Mit viel Leidenschaft ist der Garten von Luc und Eric in mehreren Ebenen angelegt worden und besitzt verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten um den Garten zu genießen. Von einer mit Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirmen ausgestatter Holzterasse gelangt man zur Abkühlung in den schönen Pool. Wir haben uns bei Luc und Eric sehr wohl gefühlt und haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub

Der Urlaub war unschlagbar. Bereits am Tag der Ankunft haben wir unterwegs mehrfach mit Luc und Eric gemailt. Zur Ankunft hat uns dann ein freundlich mit kalten Getränken gefüllter Kühlschrank erwartet (Bier, Cola, Wein, Mineralwasser etc.). Vielen Dank nochmals. Luc und Eric waren immer für Fragen erreichbar, blieben jedoch dennoch immer im Hintergrund. Unsere Privatsphäre wurde nie gestört. Die Ferienwohnung selber ist klein, aber so gut aufgeteilt und ausgestattet, das sie vollkommen ausreichte. Zudem kommt einem die grosse Terasse vor der Ausgangstür ohnehin wie ein riesiges Wohnzimmer vor. Der auf mehreren Ebenen angelegte grosse Garten mit vielen subtropischen Gehölzen und Blumen ist wunderschön und der Ausblick ins Tal umwerfend. Dann komm noch der tolle, saubere Pool hinzu, aus dem wir manchmal kaum heraus kamen. Zwischendurch haben wir tagelang die Ferienwohnung nicht verlassen, so schön war es dort 😎 Alles in allem ein Traumurlaub. Euch, Luc und Eric nochmals vielen Dank (und viele Grüsse an die Schildkröten und Hühner) 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️

Besser geht nicht: ruhige Woche mit Traumblick!

Was sollen wir sagen, was die Vorgänger*innen nicht schon erwähnt haben! Volle Punktzahl in allen Katekorien. Die letzten Vorbehalte, dass es für uns vielleicht zu klein werden könnte, wurden gleich zum Anfang ausgeräumt: die runde Form des großen Raums (Küche und Aufenthalt) wirkte sehr viel großzügiger als auf den Fotos dargestellt) und zum Kochen war alles vorhanden: sogar der Kühlschrank war mit Wein, Bier und Wasser als Willkommensgruss gefüllt. Wir werden noch lange von dem tollen Ausblick und der ruhigen Woche zehren. Danke an Luc und Eric als entspannte und aufmerksame Gastgeber!

Séjour à Grasse

Nous avons passé un super séjour au milieu des arbres et des fleurs. L endroit est très calme et nos hôtes très sympas et de bons conseils. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Une petit coin de Paradis

Un super endroit pour des vacances au top au calme sur les hauteurs de Grasse. Un lieu de vacances à privilégier

Propriété parfaite pour 2. Intérieur avec le confort suffisant et une propreté impeccable., tout le nécessaire de cuisine, la climatisation, le linge de maison propre et en suffisance(changé après 1 semaine) L'extérieur est super agréable: une vue superbe, différents petits coins( coin salon, repas, barbecue,, jardin, terrasse et piscine) On peut se mettre à l'ombre ou au soleil. Attention, au mois de juillet, le soleil se cache derrière la colline à 17H15. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. A l'arrivée, des boissons étaient offertes dans le frigo dont un bon petit rosé. Sur demande, ils renseignent sur la région: endroits touristiques, magasins, restaurants... Ils sont discrets ( ne sont jamais venus au bord de la piscine quand nous y étions). La location est notre plus beau souvenir de vacances. Il faisait bon s'y reposer et retrouver le calme. En juillet et août il y a beaucoup de monde dans la région. N'hésitez pas à louer ce petit coin de bien-être, vous ne serez pas déçus. Sabine et Jean-Marc

Unser Urlaub in Grasse

Bei der Bewertung können wir uns unseren Vorgängern nur anschließen. Luc und Eric sind liebenswerte und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das kleine Haus ist absolut sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Garten ist mit viel Liebe gestaltet und der Blick von der Terasse auf Grasse und aufs Meer ist spektakulär, besonders bei Nacht. Es steht den Feriengästen außerdem ein Gasgrill zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Erwin H.

Gite idéal pour des vacances paisibles

Le gite est parfait. Il ne manque rien. Vue magnifique. Très beau jardin avec de magnifiques fleurs et une piscine avec terrasse très agréable. Sans oublier Eric et Luc qui sont des hôtes très sympathiques avec qui on a beaucoup de plaisir à discuter.
