Beautiful property, very relaxing ad well equipped with most everything we needed for appliances and cookware. There was plenty of space as well as sleeping options. We loved the wild life in the area being tight at the back door.

Truly Unforgettable!

Absolutely amazing cabin with all the amenities one could ask for! Your own private oasis in natures beauty!! A mist for couples or families! Cant wait to return!

Absolutely amazing

The seclusion can't be beat back in the woods quiet very relaxing it was cold so we didn't experience the hiking trails and pond but they looked amazing we will be staying again

Gorgeous!!

We loved our stay at this cool dome cabin! The property was very private, and we loved taking the dogs for a walk on the trails. West Jefferson was a short drive away for shops and dining. Thank you!

Quirky & peaceful

We really enjoyed our stay at the quirky dome house Unforgettable. It's a beautiful peaceful location overlooking a pond with 2 fire pits and marked hiking trails right on the property. This was perfect to take the dog for a stroll each morning. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the water so we had to be moved halfway thru the trip. However, the owner and rental company were very responsive and made the move seamless. The 2nd cabin was equally as beautiful and well-kept. Definitely recommend this unique cabin and Carolina Mountain Vacation Rentals.

Amazing

This place is amazing!!! It is so unique and cool! The trails on the property are also very nice. All the seating outside was also very handy, we ate dinner and lunch outside everyday we stayed. The drive is a little steep, but totally doable. If you are on the fence about booking this place this is a little nudge to do it!!! You won’t regret it!

Enchanting dome house

This dome house is enchanting! And it's in a serene natural location perfect for relaxing and nature-bathing. The hosts provided everything we needed including little touches like walking sticks and a makeup mirror. The beds and linens are very comfy and the home is beautifully decorated. I highly recommend this unique home for those who love outdoor adventures and indoor coziness.

Pet paradise

The property is so beautiful. We walked the trails several times a day. Our dogs had a great vacation. They loved the freedom of the place. We heard the flying squirrels and were lucky enough to have one float past the window. Nearby we enjoyed the Grayson Highlands State Park. We did a short hike and got to see some wild ponies. The home is beautifully decorated and you can tell the owner wants you to have a great experience.

Better Than Photos Show

Really fun and beautiful place. The Christmas decor was so thoughtfully placed and you can tell someone put a whole lot of effort making it cozy and beautiful! We didn't need anything. They had extra of everything! We definitely heard the squirrels at night, but we turned on a box fan to drown out the noise and we slept great in the super comfortable beds. Water pressure wasn't the best, and the dishes weren't super clean, but we ran them in the dishwasher and they were fine.Overall a really beautiful and quiet place to stay. Our 3 preteens LOVED it!!! Memories to last a lifetime!

The walking trails provided almost a mile to exercise our energetic pup and the various settings near the house gave us several fun options for relaxation. The house is comfortable and includes everything we needed, even if a bit cluttered. Quick ride up to Grayson Highlands to see the ponies, but otherwise secluded and private. Great place to spend a week!

Unforgettable

This is a perfect place for an awesome getaway! Nestled in the country, private in everyway. A super plus if you have a pet, lots of areas to exercise and let your muppy's run free! The home is equipped everything you need. The observatory is a extra added bonus. Beds were clean and we loved the music that was playing when we arrived. There were some cobwebs and also the dishes in the cabinets could use a good washing. There is a great place 1.9 miles down the road for food, veteran owned:) Bonus Hot tub makes the stay all the more relaxing! We will be back! thank you :)
