「I booked through Expedia but I am a IHG Platinum Elite member who was not recognized nor was I given Welcome points for my stay. Front Desk Service was AWFUL!!
Even if I couldn't get points for the booking I should have gotten welcome points!! I stayed here in the past but will never stay here again!!」

「The hotel furnishings are showing their age. Property seemed well maintained and room was clean. First room assigned had problem with lights by bed and a dead house phone. Desk personnel reassigned to larger room at no charge. Bed was ok though a bit soft for me.
Breakfast was ok to good (same items for three days we visited), and the dining area was clean and kept tidy.
Hotel personnel at front desk, dining area, and housekeeping were friendly and helpful.
I rated the stay as good...

「We have stayed here the past two years when traveling to a nearby festival. The staff is amazing, breakfast is great, rooms are big and very nice however two years in a row there was trash left in cabinets, drawers, under pull out couch and no trash bags left for us. We would like to stay again my only suggestion is housekeeping check cabinets, drawers and fridges for leftover trash from other guests. Thank you」

「Nice room. Free parking. Friendly staff. Swimming pool was nice, but Jacuzzi looked a little murky; not helped by a discarded band-aid on the floor. Well appointed gym. Nice bar to sit at in the evenings and plenty of areas to sit. Handy for the University.」
