Marvellous holidays

We enjoyed our holidays. The house is beautiful and also the garden . We see the lake and the Mountains in front of the house . You must rent a car to visit Thanks to Paolo

Großartige authentische Unterkunft

Tolles Haus, 130 Jahre alt und liebevoll renoviert und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ruhige Lage und Paolo war sehr bemüht und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben! Besonders schön ist der Freisitz im Garten! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Gerne wieder☺️

Empfehlenswert!

Kleine, aber feine Ferienwohnung mit traumhaften Blick in einem idyllischen Ort am Comer See; ursprünglich und trotzdem modern. Ein sehr netter, zuvorkommender Vermieter, der auch im Ort wohnt. Für eine tolle Auszeit geeignet, gerade jetzt im Herbst war es wunderschön und nicht überlaufen.

Sehr schönes gemütliches Ferienhaus am Comer See. Paolo ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen, sehr gutes Preis-leistungsverhältnis. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Parkplatz ist immer verfügbar.

Traumhaft am Comersee

Eine schöne, gut eingerichteta Steinhaus in den Bergen. Mit einem kleinen Garten ser zum Genießen und Entspannen einlädt. Swr Vermieter Paolo war sehr freundlich hat uns alles erklärt. Eund um dwn See gibt es viel zu entdwcken, eine ursprüngliche Lage, eigentlich :Italoem wie es wirklich ist. Dolcw vita!!!

Häuschen mit Garten und Traumblick zum Comer See

Es handelt sich um ein altes, sehr gut saniertes Steinhaus überhalb von Gravedona. Das kleine Terrassen-Gärtchen mit Bach und schönem Blick zum See ist toll. Paolo ist ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub zu zweit braucht. Gravedona ist ein sehr angenehmes Städtchen, nicht so überlaufen und auch mit einem reizvollen Strand. Wir können das Haus, den Gastgeber und den Ort sehr empfehlen.

Wunderschönes Haus in perfekter Lage

Das sehr liebevoll eingerichtete und wunderschön renoviertes Steinhaus liegt sehr ruhig am Rande eines Dorfes am Hang des Lario. Das Parken auch mit größeren Autos etwa 100m entfernt ist überhaupt kein Problem. Der Vermieter Pablo ist sehr freundlich, flexibel und gibt Tipps fürs Einkaufen, Wandern, Baden und Einkehren. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen für 2 bis 3 Personen.

Wohnen mit absoluter Wohlfühlatmosphäre,toller Aussicht und einem perfekten Gastgeber

Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert,es gibt gar nichts auszusetzen.Paolo,der Vermieter ist ein über aus freundlicher,symphatischer Gastgeber.Er ist stets bemüht,alle Fragen zu beantworten und behilflich zubsein,wenn nötig.Wir waren rundum zufrieden, haben es schon Freunden empfohlen und wollen unbedingt wieder hin fahren.Auch der Preis ist sehr fair.

Klein aber fein

es war für 2 Personen wunderbar. Ein Häuschen ganz allein! Für eine Familie sicher zu eng, aber um ein paar Tage abzuschalten prima geeignet. Man ist am Hang und hat somit die Möglichkeit sowohl zum See zu gelangen, als auch in den Bergen zu wandern. Auch die Heizung hat jetzt im Frühjahr prima funktioniert. Man kann die Ferienwohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus mit Blick auf den See aus allen Fenstern

In dem wunderschönen Häuschen haben wir zwei Wochen sehr genossen. Alles sehr sauber, sehr nette Gastgeber!, traumhafter Blick auf den See. Den kl Garten haben wir zum Frühstück und relaxen genutzt. Unsere bikes hatten einen separaten abschließbaren Raum. Piumona ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für diverse Wanderungen und biketouren. Am See gibt es in Gravedona eine sehr schöne Badestelle mit Badestrand. In wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem bike (oder Auto) in Gravedona. Dort gibt es einen größeren Superparkt und einen kleinen am Hafen. Letzterer ist wesentlich schöner. Die Wohnung hat alles, um sich optimal selber versorgen zu können. Wer essen gehen möchte, sollte das nicht am See machen, sondern in einem der pittoresken Dörfer. Paolo gibt dazu gerne Empfehlungen. Die Matratzen waren super, so konnten wir uns nach den langen Wanderungen und Radtouren gut erholen. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es auch eine Klimaanlage. In Gravedona gibt es einen Waschsalon, am Haus gibt es überdachte Möglichkeiten die Wäsche schnell zu trocknen. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen, weil die Zeit gar nicht gereicht hat, alles zu sehen und zu erwandern. Esther und Uli

Comfortable house with fantastic views

This is a property with a beautiful view of Lake Como. It was nice to meet Paulo and his father. Paulo was very friendly and helpful. The house was well kept and ideal for us and our daughter. It was very hot when we were there but the cooling unit in the bedroom helped. Gravedona was ideal for lakeside walks,the ferry, swimming and water sports. We are all a bit fitter having chosen to walk up and down the hill from the lake to the house!
