「Lovely large cabin in the woods. Good view of the mountain across the way. The stars are very bright and beautiful at night. The cabin itself was well furnished for our large group. We especially appreciated the pool table and the numerous balconies. The kitchen was well stocked with various utensils. Not far from Luray if you need supplies.」

「Truly an AMAZING experience! A wonderful weekend away with family to rest, relax, and rejuvenate. Close to Shenandoah National Park (our favorite) and set back in a beautiful setting, this is a wonderful cabin! Lots of sleeping options, a well-equipped kitchen, a big deck with a swing to enjoy, fire pit to relax around…just truly wonderful! Dave, the owner, did an exceptional job communicating and making this place a haven to enjoy!」

「Loved that we could take our dog with us,and with the fenced in yard, it was perfect. The hot tub was nice to relax in. The property is very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The hosts couldn't have been nicer, with many of the starting essentials like toilet paper and paper towels provided. They even provided essentials for our pooch! 「We had two teens, their parents, a set of grandparents, and 2 dogs. The house was versitile enough that we could find great sleeping arrangements and a variety of things to do for fun right at the house. It was awesome to have fishing spots so close. The location was great for us too; close to some touristy things but great spots to hike and bike were very close as well. 「A beautiful cabin and a responsive, helpful host. One thing I do want to call out is that the listing's callout that you should have AWD/4WD is somewhat underselling the challenge of a few of the hills and turns. It's a 1.6 mile, single lane gravel road to the property, with two sharp downhill (or uphill, when leaving) turns. The quality of one of the hills in particular has a lot of deep grooves, probably from people going up it in wetter weather, that can make navigating a little challenging....
