「On arriving the flooring was quite slippy we all had to take our shoes off to stop from slipping bedrooms were basic only 1 pillow per person spiders and cob webs on all ceilings bins full to bursting resulting in we could not empty the rubbish from the house couldn't put kitchen blind down as the cord was completely off and sitting on window sill cooker hob was broken bedroom door keeper in lock missing couldn't close the door no information booklet available had to telephone owner to ask how...
