Welcome to Mellow Yellow, an adorable home with everything you need. Located close to downtown Grayslake where you will find restaurants, bars and cute hometown stores. Walk to Jones Island to relax on the beach or head to the Aquatic Family Center for a dip in the pool. Six Flags Great America is just 7 miles away, Great Lakes Naval Base 13 miles, Gurnee Mill Mall 7 miles, or spend the day in Chicago which is 29 miles away.

Great place to stay
Wife and I stayed for a few days while I visited a nearby company for work. House was immaculate, cozy and had everything we needed. Owner was very communicative. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. The downtown area, with a great coffee shop, was only a 15 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants in the area too.

We needed a place to stay for a few nights while our floors were being done. It's a very nice home, and it's the first time we spent time in Grayslake, which we found to be very nice!

Adorable little home
I rented this adorable home for 10 days as my son had surgery (he goes to college in the area), and I wanted us to be comfortable. This home was perfect for our needs. Comfortable beds and sofa/chair, plenty of towels and toilet paper/paper towels. My only complaint would be the cherry tree in the front of the house. When they fall they are everywhere and they track into the house.
