“Very nice well maintained old farm house. It was exactly what we needed. It was a last minute booking and I really did not expect much but it was about the only thing reasonably priced left on a holiday weekend with 3 bedrooms. What we had was a wonderful place to relax without the worry of neighbors other than some cows. Will definately keep this place at the top of my list.”

“We loved being here and hope to return one day. It was a perfect getaway in a perfect location at the beginning of the Virginia Creeper Trail.The farmhouse was great with nice hot showers, outside fire pit and grill, plenty of games, TV, towels , relaxing porches, night time stars, and room to relax. We saw plenty of deer in our brief time there . Communication with the owner was easy as we both texted and called. Access to the wild ponies at Grayson Highlands and the views on Whitetop were……
