“It was probably one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. There was hair all over the floor and lipstick all over the bathtub. We were trying to save on spending $$$ on a hotel. Don't make our mistake.”

“It's a decent hotel in the process of doing some renovations. The restaurant does not appear to be open at the moment which was not a hardship for us. The cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk folks were great during the day. At night, while trying to call for the shuttle one night the desk did not answer at all. The next night, the clerk gave us a bit of a runaround. But the shuttle drivers were awesome and made sure we were not left stranded downtown. Would stay here again.”

“This was a very nice hotel with the worst staff experience. From beginning to end I feel like we did all the work to make our trip enjoyable. Because someone called out we had no actual cooked breakfast day 2 although we paid for the full breakfast. Do t even get me started about the shuttle service. We waited for almost 2 hours outside the airport and when we called all they said was they will be there soon. No one ever called us to tell us the shuttle came and went because it was full?……
