Cool pole barn get-away living on the Sun River. This awesome 1 bedroom, 1 bath country guesthouse is situated on a 100 acre stunning rural wonderland on private road just 8 miles west of downtown. Guesthouse has central heat and air conditioner, basic cable, internet, dishwasher, disposal, washer & dryer, indoor parking, and more. Enjoy the most amazing surroundings imaginable right above an ancient deer trail. Live in the company of all kinds of wildlife. Peaceful and secluded. No pets.

Just as listed
The place was exactly as it was listed. Beautiful property and setting. The location is great lots of wild life and very quiet. Be aware it is about a mile of dirt gravel road to get to. Jennifer was a wonderful host I would highly recommend for a nice quiet get away.

Amazing place
Everything about this place was great! We didn't want to leave! The views were amazing. It was so peaceful and relaxing! The host, Jennifer was amazing! Best host we've ever had! I can't wait to be able to go there again!

cozy, clean, comfortable
we do not like staying "where all the people are" Jennifer has a wonderful place on the sun river that is quiet and relaxing. If you love wildlife there is a LOT of it! Eagles, deer, pheasant, geese and more. The wonderful night skies with no light pollution are amazing! The home itself was well stocked, clean and comfortable. One of the things I did NOT have to worry about is an uncomfortable bed. It was cozy and she even has a weighted blanket available for those who love them. Having a view of the river was a wonderful thing to wake up every day!

I loved the wild life. Every morning I set my alarm to sit on the porch and watch & listen to the birds and deer. We got to see beavers at work. Great awesome experience. Our host, Jennifer is an awesome woman. Very friendly and made us feel comfortable. We didn't want to leave.
