Toronto Don Valley Hotel and Suites

"Hotel was pretty good. Price was right, really close to subway stop, 2 pools were good and fun, staff were really friendly and helpful. Air conditioning in the room was a bit weak. The subway ride to get downtown was about 20-25 minutes unfortunately. Housekeeping did a really good job making up our room each day. Only complaint would be they accidentally left our room door ajar twice while we were gone all day. All in all a good place to stay for a good price."

"Vittoria is a very balanced hotel. It has all the necessary and meaningful features at the right quality. Nothing too much and nothing too little. However, it could improve on the breakfast included with the room. The breakfast facility is managed/opperated by an external vendor inside the hotel and is not at the same quality as what other hotels provide using their own facility. It would be better off taking it back and operating it itself, to bring the quality onpar with other hotels."

"I enjoyed this hotel. It’s in a great location, close to everything. It’s clean with helpful staff. Only one elevator was broke but it was fixed quite fast. The only thing I did not like and found alarming was the random fire alarm going off twice but I was told it was a force alarm. I think if they were conducting a fire drill it should have been preplanned. Lots of close restaurants including 3 in building. One Brazilian steakhouse, an Italian restaurant and a beautiful restaurant located on the 33rd floor with breathtaking Canadian and American view of the falls. The fireworks over the falls at 10am were icing on the cake. I recommend this hotel."

"The room had the perfect view of the falls. that’s exactly what the hotel is best for. Easy access to the horseshoe of the falls. Does not offer breakfast or room service. Parking is $50 A NIGHT"
