Sheraton Fallsview Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"The rooms are very clean, and the buffet breakfast is also very good, and what I like most is that it is very easy to go to all the attractions near Niagara, Canada"

Toronto Don Valley Hotel and Suites

"The hotel and the staff were all great, no notes on the location and hotel itself. There were just two things that were annoying (but even with these the experience was good overall, these are just some things that could be worked on). The room my group and I stayed in, however, had weak air conditioning during a weekend that was overwhelmingly hot and humid. At least we had air conditioning, but the output of it was disappointing unfortunately. The only other thing that was problematic were the room key cards. We were told they worked using a magnetic signature and to keep them away from phones and other devices, however, even when they were kept away from phones (for example in someone's wallet or on the nightstand without devices around) sometimes they would lose their ability to open the door. It was very awkward having to constantly go back to the lobby and ask for new ones from the staff, but they were very kind about it at least."

Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel & Suites

"Hotel was very nice and the view was spectacular of the Falls and fireworks however, our stay was on the 40th floor of the North Tower and when we attempted to get breakfast the next morning it was an hour wait at the Watermark Restaurant. Unfortunately, we left due to my sister being a diabetic and having a time constraint to eat within an hour of insulin and meds. Also, the hotel is huge and there is a North tower, mid tower and south tower so you have to go to the lobby and transfer over to the South Tower for the Watermark restaurant on the 33rd floor. We tried to get room service ordered for the next morning and when we called Room Service we were told they were closed we would have to call the next morning so we did and nobody answered. BTW they do not take reservations for breakfast. We left early Sunday morning to seek breakfast outside the hotel. There is a Starbucks in the lobby and when we got there the line was down the hallway. Very nice place but, needs better accommodations for eating especially for hotel guests that have medical conditions."

Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls

"We had a Fallsview King room. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The only thing I missed was having a bathroom sink with counter space. This room only had a pedestal so there was no room for toiletry items. This is an older hotel so nothing fancy but it was great for our stay, close to walk to everything we wanted to do. Could use a hospitality area on the main floor. We saw several families trying to eat breakfast or lunch in the lobby area which really isn’t designed for that"
