「Friendly services，nice hotel.」

「Clean room, lovely outlook.」

「Lovely small town 」

「Very relaxing overnight stay at The Malvern - Fionnula on the check in desk was so lovely and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and my partner and I felt very looked after. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of toiletries provided. The spa itself is amazing with lots of different types of hot rooms and jacuzzi to relax in. I would definitely stay at The Malvern again! Thanks so much all.」

「The hotel is worn and dated. Premier boasts that you will have a comfortable sleep, it was by far the least comfortable stay we had on this 5 city holiday. However, the restaurant was very good, we had breakfast and dinner there each day of our stay. We only chose this hotel for the location as we had business within walking distance.」

「All good. Some noise from boiler next door, but on balance ok.」

「Great location about 10 minutes drive into the City. Large, clean room with tea, coffee etc and fresh milk in fridge & bottled water too. Quirky room as part of an old pub so floors a little uneven and steepish staircase to get to rooms, but didn’t detract from the stay. Breakfast was delicious and staff all extremely friendly & helpful. As it’s a pub, you are obviously aware of noises from the pub during the day and evening but as soon as it closes, it’s very quiet.」

「A really lovely place and Gigi was just an amazing host. Super kind and helpful. If I was in the area again I would come straight back here, I wouldn’t even look elsewhere x」

「Lovely and quiet. Good sized room. Free parking. Near good restaurants. Fantastic easy checknin and staff very helpful. Even let a gluten free goodie pack」

「Room was very clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. Excellent meals and friendly helpful staff, Nice views over the golf course though not being a golf player I can't comment on the quality of the course, but it looked well maintained with the help of robotic lawn mowers. Swimming pool was pleasant to use and at good temperature. All in all we very much enjoyed our stay at this Hotel.」

「Excellent food, nice environment, very good hotel」

「Very helpful staff, great breakfast and a picturesque location on the river great for a one night stop off only 5 mins from the motorway.」

「Our luxury double room was spacious, clean and kept clean by staff each day. The only comment we would make was that the continental breakfast was not exciting and therefore somewhat disappointing for my wife who does not eat the cooked option.」

「Lovely old building with lots of history , well situated in the heart of Ledbury so close to shops , restaurants , pubs etc . Staff were very friendly and helpful . We had an evening meal which was enjoyable and service was excellent. Great choice for breakfast and once again the service was good and efficient. The room was adequate , bed was comfortable and linen clean . It was quirky as befitting a 500 year old property with sloping floors . Bathroom was small as was the shower but that’s to...

「Really lovely staff, lovely room and great food. Only point to note is that the accomodation is above the pub, so if you go to bed early this may not be the place for you as some of the bar sounds can be heard until closing time.」

「A heritage room in a wonderfully presented property, with a spacious room with specialty tea and coffee and local fresh milk. A warm welcome from the staff on arrival and then later for a meal in the bar/restaurant. Very handy for all Ledbury has to offer and walking distance of the wide array of sights, shops, pubs restaurants, take aways and everything you could need/ want. Wandered and enjoyed several of the local hostelries and beers with welcoming locals. Returned to the Seven Stars and...
