One small thing: they require you to take out your own trash at the end of your stay. This is highly unusual for a hotel. It's not an Airbnb and this should not be expected.

We really enjoyed our week-long stay at this large, well fitted out house. Beds and sofas were comfortable. The backyard was good for our dogs - secure, green grass, not large but interesting enough for them to explore."
