「Really close to the beach and everything else in the city, resturants, pharmacies, nightlife etc. Felt relatively safe as a solo female traveler. Wish it would've been cleaner/ more spaciaous and had more amenities but decent for a budget stay in San Juan. Cleaning staff was so helpful and kind. Getting in when checking in was a pain though.」

「Wifi issues!! For the first day wifi only worked outside of the room, not inside; after that, it didn't work at all. My family and friends tried to reach me for two days and couldn't get me. This is a problem because loved ones will be worried and the guest can't call a taxi or order food. There's also no kitchen. The property needs to be updated. Thankfully there's hot water and AC. Wifi nonetheless, is the most important service that travelers need, and it's advertised on their website but...
