The three bedroom house was perched on a cliff in Santorini. These houses are dug out in hard rock and have all the modern amenities. The architecture is unique, the views of the ocean are marvelous. This is where many Hollywood and Bollywood movie scenes are shot.

We stayed here for 5 nights. The accommodation and our host was very nice and helpful. But our expensive jewelry got stolen by housekeeping. We know this for a fact because we knew exactly where we kept the jewelry. We kept it in a bag and we knew exactly where we put it. When we got to Santorini the jewelry was there. When we got home and unpacked it was gone. But that book bag was on us the whole time so the airport people couldn’t have stole it which means it was stolen by housekeeping. The stay was nice, the place was nice and our host was very nice but housekeeping was slick and took their chance of stealing with us.

Dear Varun,Our reliable trained housekeeping staff try not to touch any of the belongings of the guests, especially anything valuable, which are supposed to be kept in the safes you had in your suite. After check out and when the suite is thoroughly cleaned anything that is found is brought to the reception, we contact the guest and return it asap.Nothing was left behind in your suite, and i assure you that if anything was found i would have contact you directly. Our team is the same for the past 3 years, and NO ONE has accused us before for STEALING.This is an outrageous accusation.

Perfect romantic setting! We thoroughly enjoyed our private pool & amazing breakfast on our veranda. The host was so friendly & helpful at check in & check out. As is typical for Oia, there are a few steps to get to the hotel. Staff greeted us at our taxi when we arrived & delivered our luggage to our room so the steps weren't an issue. The villa had a fully equipped kitchen & the rooms had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again if we venture back to Santorini.

Aside from an excellent property, Vasilis and the Elite Suite team were formidable! Vasilis helped us get organized as to where to eat (To Psaraki did not disappoint!), where to go and what to see (Sunset from Pyrgos!)! He also helped us get reservations into busy restaurants and nice seating at the restaurant! He helped get a private boat cruise with professionals in the business! Top class service! The remainder of the team were extremely helpful too - for greeting us at the top and carrying our luggage for us in the steps! They kept our living quarters and pool/patio in pristine condition! Thank you! Christian and Sunny!

For the first time in a very long time I am not even sure how to begging such a positive review. So my first impression before I even arrived was how helpful was the staff at setting up our transportation to the hotel, the great recommendations we received to move around in the area. The location is amazing. This place is located in the best part of Oia. I dont say that lightly and that is because Oia is the most beautiful pedestrian walk in the area, but this hotel is strategically location close to the street which makes moving around the island so much easier. Away from the noise and the crowds of Santorini, this is what I believe to be the best place you can stay.

We visited this property with a large group.I worked with Livia in getting our original reservation upgraded from a Premier Suite to a Grand Suite to accomodate a party of 6 adults. Vasili, the suite host, was outstanding advising us how to get to the mainstreet and our strong man helped us with our luggages to the suites. The view of the suite is fantastic. The suite was also well maintained and cleaned. 3 bedroom with their own full bath. There is a sunken exercise room which I think was not a good use of space and I recommend to the hotel to consider converting that into a small bedroom as well. The suite also has a kitchen and living room area. The breakfast included with our reservation is incredible. I think our party gained a few pounds from our two nigh-three day stay here. Overall, I have nothing but compliments for the Elite Luxury Suites. The view is incredible and the location is perfect. However, travellers should be aware that you must be able to take stairs and steps to get this location and the suite. There is no accommodation for mobility restricted individuals. To conclude, I highly recommend the Elite Luxury Suites and their staff!

Stunning, clean & quiet suite with amazing view
To sum it all in one word - Wow. The suite was stunning, spacious, CLEAN and organized, and designed beautifully. Location is very quiet and short walk from the busier pedestrian road to all the restaurants, shopping, etc. The private pool is amazing and the view was very hard to leave behind. Communication with the host was super efficient, fun, friendly, and we got immediate help with anything we needed and more.

Une vue splendide et une situation geographique parfaite. Cependant beaucoup de détails sont à revoir pour un établissement haut de gamme avec des prix élevés. Petit déjeuner pré emballé et vraiment pas bon , cause covid... Bon à savoir: L'accès aux chambres est très difficiles, marches en pierres escarpées. L'acceuil est sympathique mais les prestations doivent être revues à la hausse.

Beautiful clean property. Only think that I would change would maybe having some warm water for the showers. After a long day a warm bath would be nice. Other than that from the staff to the location and the condition of the property where amazing. Specially the staff!!! Lovely welcoming kind hearted people.

Our stay at this property was amazing. Our room had a pool (which also came with a huge float, great for pictures). We had an amazing view, the room was huge, we had 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, etc. Breakfast was served daily to our outdoor patio. You will fill out a form to indicate what you want the night before. There are a lot of steep stairs so be prepared. Ladies, bring your flats or sneakers, even wedges are hard to walk in. The staff is very nice and accommodating. They greeted us everyday with a smile and will arrange transportation for you upon request.

We stayed at the elite suites and were simply floored by the staff, and overall service of this marvelous boutique hotel.The suites are extraordinary. This review will not do it justice, but I will try anyway .This little hotel is a hidden gem in Oias cliffs , with stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere; the housekeeping service is impeccable, and the suites are beautiful and individually designed.Our private infinity pool on the terrace with magnificent caldera views offered to us one of the most romantic settings we could ever imagine. The lovely breakfast, is more than enough and is served to our private terrace , fresh fruits, cheese, yogurt, eggs, 2 kinds of breads , cake , croissant and basically anything you want make lunch optional.I have some special dietary requirements and this was not an issue at all for them since they went out of their way to ensure I had special selected things for breakfast. The girls at the front desk are incredible too, nothing is a problem and they will organise anything from champagne to excursions within a few minutes.

Perfect holiday, excellent hotel!
Wow!!! We fell in love with Elite Suites. Everything you would want from a small luxury hotel. Booked a lovely suite with an amazing sea view and a private infinity pool, walk in closet and 2 bathrooms. The staff were extremely professional, impeccable service with very detailed attention to customer, room and decoration. Our breakfast was the best we ve tasted in Greece, lots of variety and the layout was unique. The made us feel like home right away and arranged all dinner and lunch reservations .This place was amazing, very romantic, the location was just far enough to offer peace and solitude, but was a 3 minute walk to the center of the village .This hotel is the only place I would ever stay, when we return to Santorini again and we will return!

Please don't support this hotel. The hot tub outside did not work. What's the point of having a private pool without it working. The staff lied to us that they just changed the water and it takes time to heat up the pool, but in fact the pool was not working. We checked the other pools and they are hot. Nothing was done about the fact this major deficiency. We complained and no one listened.

The hotel was in a perfect location! I booked it for an outdoor private jacuzzi but once we got there we were told that jacuzzi is not working! On top of that there was no heat we kept trying but no heat and no hot water either!! Staff was very friendly but paying for something I didn’t get was really disappointing! I wish I would have known before I would have cancelled it!

Honeymoon at Elite Suites
My wife and I stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon. Photographs do not do this place justice. The room we stayed in was remarkable and the staff were more than helpful, pointing us in the right direction for the best local restaurants and the best tours. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Santorini.

Disappointing
The hotel staff treatment doesn't match any 5 stars hotel. The shower stream worked poorly, we had hair in our breakfast eggs, and the most annoying thing; we had emergency lights on during the whole night, and we couldn't sleep. (they fixed it on the day we left ... ) We didn't get any reasonable help and support from the hotel staff. they tried to cover the lights with some carton, when she noticed that it doesn't help, her response was "I did what ever I can, there is nothing I can do at this time". we didn't get any compensation. I defiantly won't return to this place.

great oasis but close to everything.
fantastic stay and staff. owner and staff went out of there way to accommodate transfers, delivery of atvs and even talk to expedia a out a billing mistake. our room was a bit small and was a little ' rustic' but otherwise comfortable with great little balcony overlooking gorgeous pool square, very peaceful yet also could walk to INCREDIBLE town and beach...wonderful place
