Great facilities, good value for money
This is a cave villa hotel with a private jacuzzi on rooftop and a public swimming pool with nice sunset view. The room is very big, staff is helpful. They bring breakfast to our villa and we can have it in front of the villa which is very nice. However, you need a car to stay there as it is not in Oia. The only thing I don’t like is the shower room. There is no curtain and the entire toilet is wet after we shower.

Very good and nice staff
The location of the hotel is not that near the town, around 20 minutes walk. But there is a bus stop near the hotel, around 5 to 10 minutes walk, then you can take the bus to oia or fira. Hotel provides breakfast, and the staff's will bring outside you room, then you can enjoy the breakfast easily. Although the office is close at night, you can still use the phone to call for service. Staff's are helpful, nice and polite. The rooms are very nice and clean, we enjoy the stay happily and memorable.

Very good and nice staff

We absolutely loved our stay. The staff, especially Antonia was extremely helpful with all of her recommendations for activities, dining, etc. they were friendly and welcoming. It was an easy 10 minute walk to Oia and all the shopping there. We are already trying to think of when we can plan a trip back!

The staff makes it incredibly easy to arrive and depart the hotel, but they are also very friendly with the best recommendations for places to eat and enjoy. By downloading WhatsApp, my husband and I were able to stay in communication with the front desk in order to coordinate our breakfast orders as well as request dining reservations around the island. They also assisted with booking a photographer so we can capture memories in Oia by a local professional. I absolutely loved staying at Elysian Santorini and will keep them in mind should we ever make another trip out. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay near Oia, but wants a quieter and more private location with less foot traffic.

Being a hotel.com gold member for many years. I thought Elysian santorini will accept my special request for a complementary upgrade to a better room as per stated in golden member privilege. But my 2 nights stays hotel didn’t provide any complementary room upgrade. I was a disappointment.

Wonderful Experience
The location was excelled and the staff went out of the way to make our stay amazing! Sergi, Angelina were exceptional! We had a unit with a heated plung pool and used it every night. The bottle of wine that was left in the room as a gift was a lovely touch. Breakfast was on time and delicious. And they accommodated variations on items. Would highly recommend this hotel and if we return to Santorini we would stay again.

Magnifique séjour Hôtel très confortable à la déco soignée et d'une propreté irréprochable. Situation idéale au calme absolu tout en étant à seulement 10 minutes à pied de l'animation d'Oia. Délicieux restaurants à 2 pas de l'hôtel d'un très bon rapport qualité prix. Personnel aux petits soins et n'ayant d'autre objectif que de rendre votre séjour inoubliable. The front desk Hara D is super friendly and helpful. She had booked everything for us (ATV, dinner reservation at popular places, transfers, COVID testing). The bellboy don’t know his name is also super helpful with the luggages and break delivery to the villa.

Overall experience was underwhelming for the price point. The staff and people were great and went above and beyond. However, the overall rooms were just ok. If it were just that though, would have given it a 3.5 out of 5. However, when we booked the room, we had paid extra for 2 other guests who had to cancel due to last minute emergency. All the other properties in Athens and Santorini refunded us the extra (even when it was nonrefundable), this property refused to do so stating the price was nonrefundable. Really?? Yes, I get the room was nonrefundable, but the extra that you are charging for the 2 other guests who are not here should not be. So yes, I give this property 2 out of 5 for cheapness. For the price this place is charging, you can go to a number of luxury resorts with better amenities and that would treat the customer better.

Had such an amazing stay here with my husband on our honeymoon! Breakfast was delivered in the morning, our private pool was so warm and nice! We were able to watch the sunset while relaxing in the pool!

The villas at Elysian are beautiful and very conveniently located in Finikia, a ten minute walk from Oia. The staff was excellent. Maria at the front desk was especially friendly and helpful in booking any activities, restaurant reservations, taxis, etc. The free breakfast is amazing and is delivered to your villa in the morning when you want. The one downside is that Elysian no longer has a main large pool, which we thought it had based on pictures. Each villa has a decent sized personal pool, but they are not necessarily in the sun or with a view. Overall Elysian was a great place to stay.

fanTASTIC breakfast, staff that you wish you could chill with regularly, beautiful rooms with nice pools, and an excellent location that is in the quiet village of finikia but a short walk from oia. Honeymoon stay at the Elysian
My husband and I stayed at the Elysian Santorini for our honeymoon, and we could not have picked a better hotel on the island! Staying in Finikia provides a peaceful, authentic island experience. Oia and fantastic restaurants are just a short walk away, but in Finikia you are able escape the hustle and bustle of the larger tourist areas. Our villa was beyond beautiful and so comfortable. The breakfast provided by the Elysian each morning was fantastic, and they were very accommodating with food allergies. The services provided by the hotel were also outstanding. They took such great care of us and made perfect recommendations for restaurants and activities around Santorini. They made restaurant reservations for us, arranged taxis, and ATV rentals. The team at the Elysian goes above and beyond to ensure that your stay in Santorini is relaxing and perfect. I highly recommend The Elysian Santorini!

Where oh where do I even begin... Hands down BEST customer service we received while on our 11 day trip through Greece. Personally, this was the best customer service I have ever received in my entire life. Leo, the hotel coordinator/ go-to guy for everything, was so incredibly gracious and kind. We received a personal cellphone upon arrival with Leo's number programmed into it- he told us to call him if we needed anything at all. Leo tended to our every need without hesitation and always answered our calls. When we arrived, we discussed wanting to book a massage, so Leo took it upon himself to call over 6 places until he found the perfect company within our budget that arrived on time to our villa and gave all 3 of us amazing massages from inside our quarters. He also recommended and booked our reservation for a fabulous restaurant nearby called Lefkes which had the most amazing pumpkin ravioli- a must while in Santorini. Every morning we awoke to the most superb and gorgeous breakfast spread which was different each day- everything was fresh and delicious!!! They even provided me with gluten free options because Leo asked all of us if we had any food allergies. I could go on and on. Simply put, the Elysian exceeded our expectations in every way. Elysian is perfectly positioned a 10 minute walk out of the busy centre of Oia. The room was very nice, clean and a decent size and the pool was much larger than any other we saw! The staff were very helpful and pleasant. All in all a great stay at a lovely hotel.

Rooms and breakfast were great. Breakfast was delivered each day and was delicious. Our room was lovely although the view was clouded by electrical lines. The pool was at least a 10 minute walk from our room. We did have our own jacuzzi. We thought it would be a little closer to Oia

Prachtige kamers 15 minuten lopen naar Oia.
De kamers van deze accommodatie waren prachtig, ruim en schoon. We vonden echter dat er een aantal dingen mogelijkheden gaf tot verbetering. Zo vonden wij het ontbijt matig voor wat je betaalde. Jus uit pak, fruit wat je als handfruit erbij kreeg en veelal dezelfde keuzes elke dag. Uiteraard nog steeds uitgebreider dan dat je vaak thuis ontbijt, maar als je ruim 300€ per nacht betaalt had de kwaliteit beter mogen zijn. Ook vonden wij dat de parkeerfaciliteiten echt aan verbetering toe waren. De toegangsweg is lang en extreem smal, er kan slechts een auto doorheen, dus als je een auto tegenkom onderweg mag er een van de twee in zn achteruit. Niet fijn in t pikkedonker als je net een leuke avond uit eten bent geweest. Ook de weg zelf had stukken die niet geasfalteerd waren dus voor je banden was het ook geen feest. De accommodatie is 15 minuten lopen van Oia, als je weg wilt uit de drukte is het een heerlijke plek, maar houdt er rekening mee dat het vooral heen naar de stad wel een wandelingetje is, als je slecht ter been bent is het helaas geen optie. Ze hebben een prachtig zwembad waar je de zon heel mooi onder kan zien gaan. Jammergenoeg was het zwembad officieel alleen open tussen 11 en 19 savonds, dus vind je t fijn om sochtends vroeg een rondje te zwemmen dan mag je het zwembad delen met de schoonmaakmachine. Dat moet uiteraard ook gebeuren, maar liever in de avonduren waarin er niemand gebruik van maakt. Mooie acco, prijs kwaliteit had beter mogen zijn.

O hotel ne surpreendeu, o espaço é conforto do quarto são excelentes. A equipe é super atenciosa, não deixando sempre a vontade. A recepção do hotel abre as 9:30 e fecha às 17:30, programe-se para chegar nesse horário ou agende a chegada com antecedência. O hotel não possui restaurante, o café é servido no quarto, com agendamento do horário. Fica a uns 15 minutos a pé de Oia. Tudo foi perfeito.

Schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Zu Fuß ca. 20 Min nach Oia. Privater Whirlpool und Liegen am Dach. Frühstück wird auf private Terrasse serviert. Jeden Tag etwas anderes. Sehr gut, aber leider immer bereits kalt. Zufahrtsstraße zum Hotel extrem schmal! (Am besten sowieso Kleinstwaagen mieten oder abholen lassen). Gutes Restaurant in der Nähe: Lefkes. Bestes Restaurant in Oia: Melitini. Sonnenuntergang in Oia am Besten vom Restaurant Sunset Ammoudi Taverna oder vom Castel. Unbedingt Tisch vom Hotelteam reservieren lassen.
