We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect from start to finish. But this time we were somewhat disappointed. The first three days were perfect but then suddenly the resort started closing fascilities and restaurants one after one because the whole resort was about to shut down on 11/4. That meant that the food court by the pool closed, the dining options became less and you could easily tell in the quality of the food that the options were less and less by the buffet. Very disapponting. If you take full price, you offer full service til the end!

Euphoria Resort is a perfect place where spend your holidays. A new big structure with all inclusive treatment and all the conforts: 5 restaurants with a good selection of food, a fantastic swimming pool and direct access to the sea (not the best beach of the Island in particular for the baby). Only one negative thing: the cleaning of the room is not a five star level.

The main problem is not enough employees. This makes the service and maintenance poor. For example: the pool waiters and the children's and infants family club opens at 10am cause all of the employee's are in breakfast service

The service is terrible, the staff is robotic and not empathetic to the guests. Not enough staff members. Weak AC and no one to talk to. The GYM is hot like a sauna, unbearable. In contrast, the facility is terrific, feels brand new and esthetic, though the potential of this property is so much higher, if only the service was even average.

Wunderschöne, gepflegte und moderne Hotelanlage. Der Strand ist schön, um sich einen Sonnenauf-/untergang anzuschauen aber für Strandspaziergänge aufgrund der Steine nicht ideal. Tolle Poolanlage und leckeres Essen. Es gibt wunderschöne Strände, welche jedoch meistens zwischen 30 und 90 Autominuten entfernt sind. Falls man den Tag nicht nur in der Hotelanlage verbringen möchte, empfehlen wir einen Mietwagen. Kostenlose Tiefgaragen Parkplätze sind vorhanden und die Strassen auf Kreta in einem meist guten Zustand.

The property is great if you’re a family looking for an enclosed safe environment. If you want more of the Crete Island experience I’d suggest something more open to the Crete landscape. Front staff needs to be less snooty and the check in process is ridiculous. Guests want to check in not spend their vacation on the sofa waiting for the entire process to end.

This is one of the best places. There’s only one thing that needs improvement and that is entertainment. Wish they had more of a club music night. More activities for kids from 12 tp 17. Otherwise this place is perfect to spend a few days.

The resort is amazing, we took a sharing pool room and the room was very big and comfy. The bar was good with a lot of drink choices, and the staff was friendly nice and very professional. We also got a massage at the hotels spa, which was amazing!! There was a variety of food choices but the food was pretty average and we expected better. In general it was an amazing stay and I’ll come back for sure!

From the moment we stepped onto the Euphoria Resort we felt welcomed and at ease. The staff, especially Martina, was incredibly kind and helpful. Our room was beautiful. All of the amenities were fantastic. And the food was delicious. We didn’t want to ever leave and we will be back!

Fabulous stay
We had a fabulous stay, despite of the colder and windy weather. The resort is really nice, plenty of food to choose from and lot of drinks also. Shame that the internal pool and sauna was closed still (due to Covid pre-cautions).

If you’re looking for peace and quiet this is not the place. This hotel is geared more for families with children. Place was very clean. The rooms with the shared pool should have larger signs of the pool rules. There was no respect with privacy and young adults jumping in the water and very loud.

Arrivée tard le soir, buffet avec très peu de choix et nourriture moyenne. Le lendemain, le buffet était fermé le midi et les restaurants à la carte étaient tous fermés à part un où les repas étaient servis dans des boites en carton :-( Super pour un 5 étoiles ! Nous avons été nous plaindre à la réception qui nous a proposé un room service en chambre !!! Bien évidemment nous avons refusé car nous ne sommes pas venu pour manger dans notre chambre et avec un choix plus que limité. Nous avons donc décidé de quitter l'hôtel pour aller ailleurs. Le manager a refusé de nous rembourser quoi que ce soit. Il a fallu que j'appelle Expedia. Le manager a refusé au début de leur parler. Finalement, j'ai du me rendre moi même de nouveau à la réception pour qu'il accepte de parler à Expedia. Au final, j'ai du payé 2 nuits alors que je n'étais là qu'une nuit... La chambre était propre mais avec peu de rangements. Aucune animation et personnel pas aimable... A croire qu'en période de covid, ils veulent juste profiter des clients et faire de l'argent en prétendant que tout est ouvert alors que le buffet est limité par rapport à d'habitude et les autres restaurants sont fermés. Bref, à fuir... Nous avons fini au Mitsis Laguna Resort et le séjour était au top et moins cher!!!

Further to your comments, allow us to advise that both F&B Manager and Rooms Division Manager had been offering you all possible choices for your best service and satisfaction from the moment you reported your inconvenience. We even offered you exceptionally the menu of all a la carte restaurants (even from the ones that were still not operating) and even gave you the chance to decide for your own menu. Even though your stay with us was during the first days of opening and some services were not available, we wanted to ensure that all guests would have the most exceptional and personalized service, which unfortunately you did not accept. Regarding your reservation, please note that Euphoria Resort receives payment via Expedia’s virtual card and thus, we were not able to return you money on spot. Moreover, we had charged you only the first two nights that you had stayed with us we immediately contacted Expedia for a full refund of the remaining days. Again, we are sorry for not being able to meet your standards. Our main goal is to address and solve any inconvenience of our guests during their stay and provide the best possible experience of service. After all it is not a coincidence that Euphoria's excellent grade is coming from our guests' feedback. We hope we will have the opportunity to regain your confidence should your travel plans include Euphoria Resort in the future, under normal circumstances and prove you that your previous experience was not up to our usual standards.
