I was beyond impressed with the place we rented. It was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. I loved the patio area. Spacious and comfortable with a nice Mountain View. The location was convenient to the grocery stores, restaurants, shops and bus stop! Nicole was AMAZING and very helpful in arranging excursions and transportation to get back to airport. I highly recommend Loukas and Emma.

We loved this hotel. It was nice and clean and each apartment had it’s own private Jacuzzi. My husband and grandchildren really enjoyed this. They also had some very friendly cats that my grandchildren really loved. The black beach was in walking distance. Nicole was very pleasant and helpful with helping to plan our activities.

Great Location, near Perrisa beach
Great location only 10 mins walk from perissa beach. There is a nearby Supermarket. Room was quite big and spacious. Owner arranged rental car for us as well. Highly recommend.

Our family visited the island in the off season in April so things were quiet, but we liked it that way. The manager, Alex, was friendly and helpful and even gave us a phone number to reach him. He set up our boat trip to see the valcano. The three bedroom house was comfortable and cute and good for the price. The bathroom was small but did have a tub (a small one). There was a washing machine and a clothes rack to dry which we used. There was some construction going on next to the property which I think was the cause of us not having hot water for a shower one morning but was resolved by the next day. Out side of the front door was a patio with porch swings and a table and chairs. There was also a hot tub but it was not full because of the time of year. The house was cleaned every day including our dishes which was much appreciated. All around enjoyed the stay. Would recommend if you are looking for a quite place.

Overall, this is a good place if you’re looking to have more of an apartment where you can cook and hang out. It’s off of the main strip, about a 10 min walk to the beach. They come to clean your room every day. The only thing is that the office staff was friendly but not super helpful. It felt that She was more so trying to upsell us on the tours and rentals instead providing us with multiple options. This was the second place we stayed at in Santorini so we knew that there were other options of touring the island and we were offered the most expensive ones only (ie tour the island in a private car).

The staff was super helpful in answering questions and navigating the island. It was very close to the beach, restaurants and a bus stop. The room had a kitchen and a washing machine (which was a huge pleasant surprise). The only negative was the the wifi didn't work well.

Would recommend. Great place.
Amazing little place with our own hot tub which waa great to unwind in. The room had everything we needed - only downfall was that the Wi-Fi was terrible in our apartment (9). We got greeted by loucas late at night and he was a very pleasant boy. Nicole also tried to help with any trips or excursions we needed. Great stay and would recommend.

Great stay!!
Great location in Perissa, can walk to market and restaurants. Clean, had a washing machine. There were 6 of us in 3 bedrooms with kitchen. Very helpful, held our luggage. Building are cute and typical of Greece, white and blue. Good housekeeping! Can walk to Black Beach-Perissa beach which has beds to rent and restaurants.

Lovely apartment with plenty of room
After a little trouble finding it by taxi we were welcomed by Loucas who walked out to meet us and guided us back in to the reception. Emma and Loucas checked us in and looked after our things until we could access our room as we were early. The apartment was really lovely and has all a family or group might require including washing machine and dishwasher! The whole place was really clean and well furnished, very comfortable, I would have given 5 stars if it hadn't been for the floor which looked clean and dust free but our feet (and our baby's knees and hands) were soon quite black. That was the only downside to the whole place though. The place was spacious, well equipped, lovely pool area, cleaned daily, air con was all well maintained etc and the location was perfect for walking to the beach, restaurants, shops and bus stop. Emma and Loucas are so friendly and kind and I'm sure if we'd had any issues, which we didn't, they would have sorted it promptly.I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again once our child is walking. I would add that Perissa Beach area is very family friendly and has a nice atmosphere but when we took bus trips to other places such as Fira and Oia we found it was not all that family friendly and definitely not push chair friendly! So if we came back here we would stay locally each day.

Nice hotel close to the Perisa beach and port.
The hotel is very close to the beach and also close to the port and airport. But a little far from Pira and Oia. There are many supermarkets and bakeries around this house and it's convenient to cook for yourselves. The room conditoin is good and every two days they clean the rooms. The AC in the living room is weak but ACs in the two rooms are good. A washing machine is equipped but detergent is not. There are many cooking equipment but oil, scissors and chopsticks are not. If you want a peaceful rest and like to enjoy fresh and cool wind in Santorini, try to stay in this house.

Nice cottage near beach
A nice family run hotel with comfortable cottages off main road, closed to beach and main road. Very convenient location off the touristy streets. Our unit was quite comfortable, spacious and self contained. Check in was efficient, handled by Emma and Loucas, who are friendly, nice and YOUNG. They are sister and brother managing their family business. Emma gave us recommendations for tour and dinner, and made a reservation for us. The staff was also friendly and efficient. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Fabulous family run apartment in a great location!
My cousin and I stayed at Loukas & Emma family houses for 1 week in July 2017. Emma & Loukas were there to meet us off our transfer from the airport. They were extremely helpful, friendly and spoke good english. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment which had two sunny private terraces. The apartment was very clean, neutral and decorated tastefully. In addition there was a washing machine in the bathroom which was very useful! There was room service daily to make the beds, provide fresh towels and do a general tidy up (they also did our washing up!). By our second day we were keen to rent a quadbike to see the rest of the island. We spoke with Emma, who was on reception 8am-6pm everyday, to ask where she would recommend for us to rent the quadbikes. Conveniently her father, Nick, owns a local rental business and was able to provide us with a high quality bike for a brilliant price. Overall our experience at Loukas & Emma family houses was very positive and we would strongly recommend the apartments to friends.

Gli appartamenti sono a quasi 1 km dal mare, non come risulta su Expedia. La piscina non è quella delle fotografie ma è piccola. Molto pulito, monolocale piccolo ma comodo x due (c'erano tre letti, in tre sarebbe stato troppo sacrificato). Letto molto comodo. Il terrazzo inutilizzabile perché non ombreggiato e il sole è molto forte. Aria condizionata indispensabile perché i muri durante il giorno diventano bollenti.

Wir hatten das größte Apartment mit 3 Zimmern. Die Schlafzimmer sind eher klein, der Wohn-Essbereich großzügig. Viel Platz in den Wandschränken. Die Küche ist eher spärlich ausgestattet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Störend war der ewig kläffende, weil immer eingesperre Hund der Besitzer. Enttäuscht hat uns die Entfernung zum Strand. Statt einiger Schritte, waren es 1000!

Lovely apartment
We went to Santorini for one week and stayed for 7 nights at Loucas and Emma family houses. We had booked a 3 bedrooms apartment. My teenagers were fighting when they arrived as the 2nd bedroom had a double bed and the third one some bunk beds. The room was very small and did not have any lighting by the bed. My son is very tall but younger so wanted the double bed so we had arguments and verbal fights on the 1st night. Not great. I should have booked a 2 bedroom apartment instead then there would have been no issues for bed. Don't stay in Santorini for one week it is not worth it. The beaches are rubbish go very deep very quickly and the sea temperature is only 21 degrees. I recommend other island such as Ios. It is okay to spend a couple of days in Santorini no longer than that. We took the boat to Ios and spent a great day there. I wish I could have stayed Longer. Overall the apartment is great and the people are lovely but staying there a week is a real waste of time. Nicer place to go and explore in Greece. Won't go back to Santorini which is really overrated.

quiet in Perissa
We stayed here for 4 nights. The location of the hotel is great as is the staff. It's only a block away from the center of Perissa but still quiet! The rooms are spacious and breakfast was served to order in our apartment every day. The hotel does not have a pool but is partnering with a hotel diagonally across the street. Guests can use that hotel's pool, the owners of which are also very friendly.

Abbiamo soggiornato in un grazioso appartamentino con terrazzo, camera da letto con angolo cottura e bagno. L'appartamento era spazioso (per due persone), pulito, ordinato e dotato di comfort quali la lavatrice, lo stendibiancheria, l'asciugacapelli, la tv e naturalmente il wi-fi. L'appartamento, essendo esposto al sole, era piuttosto caldo, ma essendo dotato di climatizzatore ciò non ha rappresentato un problema. Le pulizie venivano effettuate ogni mattina, la donna delle pulizie ci faceva trovare tutto in ordine e pulito. I due proprietari, Emma e Loucas, si sono dimostrati disponibili fin da subito, quando ancora non eravamo arrivati dato che appena prenotato e pagato ci siamo rivolti a loro per alcuni dettagli: hanno risposto alle mail in modo puntuale, si sono preoccupati di chiederci se avessimo bisogno di un taxi fino all'aeroporto, e così via. Ci chiedevano tutti i giorni se fosse tutto ok, se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa, sono sempre stati estremamente disponibili ed accoglienti. Capiscono e parlano discretamente l'inglese. Ci hanno consigliato cosa vedere nell'isola, si sono occupati loro del noleggio auto per muoverci all'interno dell'isola, ci hanno fatto sentire tranquilli per tutto il soggiorno. La colazione, per evitare sprechi, andava concordata la sera prima: ci facevano scegliere da un menù cosa mangiare la mattina seguente, e dato che c'era molto vento in quei giorni, un paio di mattine si sono presentati al nostro appartamento con la colazione.

Familienfreundliches Appartement in Perissa
Wir sind begeistert von Santorin und Perissa. Und vor allem von den netten Leute die uns empfangen haben. Schon ein Tag vor den Anreise hat uns Nefeli kontaktiert um gleich ihre Kontaktdaten geschickt. Sie und Emma haben auf uns gewartet. Checkin war unkompliziert und schnell. Nefeli hat uns gleich vieles über die Insel erzählt. Wir hatten ein Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmer bekommen (wie gebucht und wie auf dem Fotos). Die Häuser sind nicht weit vom Strand, ca. 400m. Die Gegend ist ruhig. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet, man hat alles was man braucht. Jeden Tag wurde geputzt und die Handtücher gewechselt. Sauberkeit prima! Wir konnten auch das Pool von einem Hotel ein paar Häuser weiter benutzen. Das Pool ist sehr schön und wir waren fast alleine dort. Frühstück wurde uns jeden Tag gebracht und es war richtig viel und sehr lecker. Die griechische Omelette mit Feta Käse war ein Genuss. Nicht weit ist die Hauptstrasse von Perissa mit guten Restaurants, Tavernen und Bars. Ein Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei sind auch sehr nah. Der Strand von Perissa ist meiner Meinung nach der beste auf der Insel. Schönen Lava Sand. Von Perissa kann man sehr schnell überall auf der Insel. Wir hatten ein Mietwagen und sind überall gewesen. Sonst kann man ATVs oder Roller mieten. Aber vor allen die nette Leute haben uns beeindruckt: Emma, Nefeli, Emma's Papa - immer hilfsbereit und mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht. Alles in einem: sehr empfehlenswert. Wir werden wiederkommen

A nice hotel to stay.
We stay here for only 2 days and we had a great time here. It takes only 5 mins to the bus stop and supermarket and 10 mins to the famous beach - black sand beach. There are bars, restaurant alongside the beach, it is so relax to have a drink and sunbath there. The room is clean, tidy and equipped everything you needed, like cookware, iron and washing machine.

Esperienza molto positiva. L'appartamento sembrava appena ristrutturato, spazioso, pulito e anche molto profumato. Letto matrimoniale a baldacchino, soggiorno con angolo cottura spazioso con tavolo, divano e televisore gigante! La struttura in tutto il suo complesso è molto graziosa e ben tenuta. La zona è tranquilla e isolata ma non è certo un albergo panoramico vista mare.

Perfect place for families on a quiet street
We loved our three nights here. I was traveling with my two daughters so the family-style accommodations were perfect. The place was quite roomy, with a very large balcony perfect for morning coffee or evening wine after the kids were in bed. The kitchen was well equipped for those times we felt like cooking in. The A/C units in every room worked great. It was nice to have a washing machine, although including detergent would be a nice touch. It's a block or so back from the noise and congestion of the main street, which was nice. It's still an easy walk to all the shopping and restaurants as well as the amazing black sand beach. It's actually on the road that leads to the hike to Ancient Thira, so you can go right from there (and you really must see it!). The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Appartamento spazioso e in ottime condizioni, completo di ogni comfort. Camere ampie e un grande balcone. Pulizia quotidiana accurata sia dell'interno che dell'esterno. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili per ogni informazione e necessità che ci hanno accolto direttamente in aeroporto e accompagnato senza costi all'appartamento. Ci hanno fatto trovare inoltre, l'auto noleggiata con loro, proprio sotto casa. Nella zona sono presenti supermercati, mini-market, negozi e l'antica Fira di interesse storico. Consigliato sicuramente a tutti.

Sempre que escolho o hotel, dou preferência para limpeza, nesse quesito eles são nota 10, tudo limpo e cheiroso. Fica localizado numa praia distante do centro de Santorini, necessita alugar carro ou moto, mas eu gostei por que era mais tranquila e longe da muvuca de turistas. Tem transfer do porto de Santorini para o hotel, só que na chegada não foram nos buscar, tivemos que pagar uma van, mas o valor foi reembolsado pelo dono, que para os padrões gregos é simpático. Ressalto que não é hotel, é um estúdio, com cozinha, banheiro e quarto.
