Dear Mohd, Thank you for taking time to write a review for our brand new villas. We take into consideration your comments about the structure of the villa and we would like to make a point on that. You were a family of 4 people and you made a reservation for one of our biggest and most comfortable villas of the compound. This means that each one of you had the opportunity for a separate bedroom and access to all three bathrooms. During your accommodation, you were treated in the most kind and helpful way. You were provided with free breakfast every day, arrangement for a renting car and guidance from early in the morning until afternoon. By the time of your departure, you insist on downgrading the villa by mentioning that you didnt like the inside stairs and the bathroom. Kindly be informed that first of all the villas are new, we never had any complaints about how nice the bathrooms are ,not to mention that we receive the best reviews for the structure of the villas. Also, let us mention that when you choose to reserve a villa and you see in the pictures that there is an inside stair that is totally helpful for a villa with two floors, it is a little unkind to grade all the facility and services with 3/5.
