「Excellent accueil.

「The staff were absolutely excellent. The whole hotel was cleaned regularly and everyone was very kind. The breakfast is very generous and they were happy to make vegetarian substitutions for us. The view is absolutely excellent from the room and we spent hours in the hot tub!」

「We spent few days here and all the staffs are very nice. When we arrived, authuro gave us a warm welcoming with an introduction nearby with some suggestions. Very nice one」

「The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. With mini markets and restaurants a walk away it was a great place to stay.」

「The hotel is just a short walk from the port and it’s about 7 min away from Lion Square. The sound proof is amazing considering it’s on a main street and very close to the airport. Dimitri made some very good recommendations on restaurants - all of our meals have been amazing in Heraklion. The only recommendation I made is to replenish bottled water every day, rather than just giving 2 small bottles for the whole say. But all in all, good value for money and great hospitality! 」

「Nice clean room. Upgraded to an apartment. Friendly staff. Ideally situated to get the ferry to Symi.」

「Great service and breakfast.」

「I read that there was no elevator, but your room is on the third floor because the family lives on the lower floors. They were helpful with luggage, but we still lifted our luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs. The property is located on a one-way street. So, many taxis and Ubers have a difficult time because it takes an extra 5 to 10 minutes to pick you up.」
