Good Morning, the room you received was the one that was reserved through Expedia. I am truly sorry about the odor in your room. That is unacceptable by our standards. Had you brought this to our attention we would’ve gladly moved you to a different room.

Unfortunately, our king handicap accessible rooms are on the second and third floors. We will do our best to move your accommodations closer to the elevator or entrance next time you stay.
