「The property is nice but definitely an old building. Also the windows had cracks in them, bed wasn’t the most comfortable thing I’ve slept in but it gets the job done. Cleaning fees are a bit much on this property. There’s no central AC and only had two AC units which one of the bedrooms didn’t have one. And the door was hanging off the hinges. All of that can be good a side though. Check in process was easy, neighborhood was nice, location to Peoria was decent, it is equipment with everything...

Accommodated our large group to be able to use the entire duplex, but there wasn't a space, inside or out, for us to gather/dine as one group. The variety of "old school" games kept the kids entertained. Overall, a good space.」
