Lovely family getaway spot

Really loved the yard and beach! House was comfortable and had everything we needed. Lots of room to spread out and kids loved having their own space. Appreciate being able to bring our pup along as well!

Gorgeous View

I loved sitting on the deck in the early morning, overlooking the water and listening to the birds. I even got the treat of watching 2 bald eagles fly overhead a few times.

Perfect family vacation home

This house was just perfect for our multi generation family with dogs. Enjoyed the lovely views, stroll in the beach and house. Comfortable bedrooms and a well stocked kitchen . We spent a lot of time on the deck and our dogs has a great time in the yard. Would love to visit this house again.

Amazing views; Spacious

The house is located on a quiet stretch of Greenbank with wonderful beach access and amazing views when the mountain comes out. The kitchen has modern appliances and lots of room to cook and host. The living room provides plenty of room for gathering and the downstairs area is a great escape for billiards and ping pong. The beach access is easy and very private with lots of room to walk and explore.

Stunning Saratoga Passage view

Super property with amazing view and on a bluff with stairs access to rocky beach. Comfortable layout, many more beds than we needed, but did play ping pong one night. Kitchen had everything needed though stove took a little to understand, seemingly smarter than we were.

Quiet Beach

This house was perfect for us and our adult children. Perfect size, space and choices of beds. Safe from road with our small dog. Stairs down to beach were in good shape and felt safe with our dog on a leash. Beach was quiet and absolutely wonderful. Had it all to ourselves. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Central location so we could venture out around the island or quick store stops. Was sad that the woodstove in master bedroom was unavailable to use.

Last days of summer

Didn’t receive the entry code before arrival and had some run around communications with vacasa prior trying to get the codes. House was cozy and homey- it’s an older home. Musty smell in the downstairs. Kids refused to sleep in upper bunks as there were cobwebs on the ceiling. Lots of carpet runners…I kept tripping on them. Not flexible with early check in or late check out. The cleaners promptly knocked at the front door at 10am the morning of our departure. They were surprised we didn’t use all the rooms — one was locked with key code so we didn’t think we had access to it. Nice amenities with ping pong table and walk out to beach. Strange they said ok to launch kayaks but not paddle boards. Overall, the kids had fun.

Cozy retreat on the water

Great home with large, well appointed kitchen with a beautiful view of the Sound. Plenty of room for a large family or multiple families to enjoy the space. Dog friendly is a bonus and the back yard was perfect for kids and dogs alike! Short walk down the stairs to the quiet beach. Great for beach combing beautiful shells and rocks. We had 5 adults and 4 kids under 8 who all had a lovely time and plenty of space!

Greenbank House

This house is large and we loved the back yard and the view. However the carpets need to be replaced and thee couches and pillows also. Also the basement has a very strong musty smell, we tried leaving windows open during the day but it didn't help. But we had a good time anyway because we were all together.

Stunning View of Water and Mountains

Absolutely the best view of the bay and mountains from the expansive deck and large grassy lawn. Loved the beach in front too. House was roomy for a large family. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beach house. Will come back here again.
