“I enjoyed my stay at this lovely, accommodating and well equipped 2nd floor unit. Host was very communicative. Off street parking made me feel safer while traveling alone and coming in at night. Location is within 5 minutes from Southwestern Iowa Community College if you're in town to see your student or catch a home game. Will stay again in the near future and would definitely recommend, if you do not require handicap access and don't mind steps. ”

“We stayed here on a trip for the Knoxville Nationals. Went to the John Wayne Museum, seen the bridges. The house is a nice house, met many locals at the pharmacy-resturaunt in the square downtown, very friendly, ate at several other local spots, all good service and food. The area is quiet and the house in great shape, clean, had plenty of towels and comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend if you need a place in this area. ”
