“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Shamrock. We were 2 families (each with 2 adults and a child). Was nice to have separate living quarters to give each family their own private space and kitchen/shower facilities. Owners provided excellent contact and check-in and out were simple and easy. It was an easy drive to the beach and just up the street from our new favorite coffee shop, The Swell House. The homeowner, Ashley, was extremely helpful before and during our stay. “Lovely house close to the beach. Plenty of room on the porch, living room and kitchen for the 5 of us to hang out and catch up. About 10 mins to Newburyport. Hard to find beach parking so on your day of checkout, if you’re wanting to go to the beach, make sure you get to the beach access (there’s one about a half mile away from the house heading back toward town) by 7:00 am and park your car there. It was already full by 10:00. There were some dead bugs on the porch but that’s to be expected……
