Great location, easy check in and out, basic rooms but fine for what we needed and such good value. Great to have the kitchen to be able to have breakfast. We came for the commonwealth games and the journey into the city centre was so easy.

The hotel is actually a former student residence for a nearby college. It is a bit basic but one really can't fault it, everything works very well. There isn't an on-site restaurant serving breakfast, etc, but there are kitchens on each floor, I left milk in the fridge for breakfast. The nearby art gallery has an excellent restaurant, and there is a Morrisons supermarket close by. It is right on Greenock Quay, it is a perfect place to stay if going on Waverley trips by steamer. I am very happy to recommend this hotel.

The greatest benefit to this property is the amazing location But the rest of it should be viewed as a camping experience or a week in basic accommodation in Greece lol Some of the neighbours were very noisy slamming doors and someone was smoking weed in a room near us as it stank the whole corridor out Don't expect too much and you should be ok We would stay here again but I would have to get them to sort out shower tap as it was nearly impossible to turn it on or off . No one touched our stuff in the fridge in the kitchen just make sure its working first as one of them wasn't

Nice place to stay, train station is a 5 minute walk. Food options and friendly people. Coming from the airport… do NOT take a taxi. 757 bus to Paisley, then train to Greenock central. A LOT cheaper than taxi.

Convenient and relatively cheap 1 night stop if want to be close to centre of greenock. Helpful and friendly staff. Parking right out side block. The old student accomodation is a bit run down and a bit soulless. Old creeky springed matress. Helpful though to have acess to a shared kitchen with ketlle, microwave and fridge. Kettle and tv also in room. Small but functional bathroom . Ok for 1 night.
