Beautiful fully furnished one bedroom apartment home, perfect for long stays, accommodates 4 guests comfortably. Hi speed WiFi, cooking utensils, etc. you just need to bring your clothes and food.
Conveniently located in the heart of a safe historic downtown district, nestled amid beautiful architectural masterpieces. Within easy walking distance of Greensboro's many main attractions; 5 min walk Tanger Performing art center, restaurants, Craft breweries, historic eateries, night life etc. all just few minute walk, or short Uber. Great substitute for a hotel room

I stayed here instead of a hotel for a friend's wedding because it was more affordable. It was better than staying at a hotel (more space, less people) for less money. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Nice location next to downtown

My experience was not great, but not bad. The location is basically right in downtown Greensboro. I only stayed one night, but there were a few issues that did not sit well with me. There was a strong cigarette smell. The apartment is also in very close proximity to other tenants, so close you can hear conversation next door. Due to this fact, once you purchase the property they disclose that no partying or loud music is allowed. This is fine, but I purchased the room to have a romantic night on the the town with my spouse. Playing romantic music even at an intermediate level was not ideal at this location. Then while sitting at the dinner table, a water bug ran across the floor. Completely killed the vibe…Other than that, room is as advertised.

The first property we stayed in was a 3 bedroom house the owner put us in due to the apartment we rented was double booked. The house was ok, but not located near downtown where we wanted to be near our daughter in college, the house was not very clean and the TV remote batteries were dead so you could not watch TV, it didn't have buttons to control on the TV itself, only by remote. The kitchen cabinets had opened containers of food that had been left in them. The apartment we stayed in the second night was much better and what we wanted originally, it was not very clean, but everything did work as it should have. Would stay again, if I could get a guarantee I don't get double booked.
